Kinda sad watching this. They are all obviously fed up...particularly Damon and Graham. If you look closely at Damon you can read his mind...He's thinking "I do not want to be some washed up rockstar, living off of former glorys". Was sad to see the end of Blur, but I'd rather a happy and creative Damon/Gorillaz than a miserable and repetitive blur.
right before they quit and it is clear that they where tired and did not joy it anymore what they where doing. the girl on the "piano" is having the most fun on the stage
Yeah, Damon is just checked out of Song 2 and Girls and Boys. It’s funny because they performed Music is My Radar and Black Book on this same JH episode and the band is way more into those songs than these ones. Then again, they were probably put there to promote the Blur: the Best of compilation album
@2grapes Replying to my own comment: After watching them on The Brits 2012...wow! what a difference. 4 happy guys playing their hearts out and loving every second of it. Such a great band.
@2grapes I think it's more so just the relationships between them at that stage, Damon loves his blur work but if you think about it, Gorillaz was well and truly in motion by 2000. He's just not happy to be with the lads. Now he is though.
Damon seems tired of this song... in 0:46 it looks like he's thinking about something different, or brings back memories with playing the song earlier...
Que no ven que descomponen las canciones deliberadamente? No es que finjan o estén aburridos o flojos. Ellos han dicho, en una entrevista de hace muchos años, que eso hacían en vivo.

They asked to be on the show...
@@bonnellie2008 from the looks of the stage, that was to promote the album. Doesn't mean they're any less bored of it
Que bien suena la Slingerland de Dave y la Telecaster de Graham.
hahaha i like blur but this live really sucks
right before they quit and it is clear that they where tired and did not joy it anymore what they where doing. the girl on the "piano" is having the most fun on the stage
Damon going for the 'I'm going on The Jeremy Kyle Show' look. HaHa
Graham looks like a cute baby bird
Crikey even Dave looks bored out of his tree here...
I dont agree with you. The song is this, with this style, i dont believe he is bored; anything are bored...
Trying to see the enthusiasm and energy in it but it's just a blur.
Wow
i love graham's tom sawyer look
"love in the nineties was paranoid"
What is up with this crowd? They look like they're fermenting.
A Jools-gem of the highest order. Great performance great band.
i'm laughing so hard watching song 2 oh my god damon
Lo drogado que esta Albarn es increíble.
Lov'em but I don't like how they sound here (Except 'woo ouuuuuuuuu' on Song 2)

Ummm.. do you know that Think Tank came out after this broadcast? Like you know what Damon is thinking. Go read minds elsewhere you dork.

ahora veo porque damon decidio crer gorillaz... realmente se ve fastidiado en esta presentacion
absolutely kick ass rock & roll.
Damn, Damon's voice has gone to shit...
This was in 2000 he’s made plenty of music since his voice is fine
Damon looks like he put on a bit of weight here
MrSixiesRock that's because he just gave birth
@ellihermandur: i thought that, you can specially see it with graham...
Terrible. Original song full of enegy, this is bollocks
you should check out the hyde park performance of this song it's way better, maybe they were having a bad day
Colin Jones fuck off colin let’s hear your tunes
probly the worst live performance ive ever seen
He looks so bored lmao
Why was Damon looking so bored
because they were over it at this point and split up not long after
I love this why people is not happy with this lol
Wow after seeing this performance no wonder why they split up only four years later lol
