Hi! 😊 We always managed to find something good to eat and they never went out of anything while we were there (beef, chicken, pork, shrimps, bacon every morning, even lobster sometimes at some of the a la carte restaurant) I suggest you to eat anything but the food that is already prepared in the buffet (ex: go to the omelet, pancakes and churros station in the morning, to the beach restaurant at lunch and to any of the à la carte restaurant at dinner) If you keep in mind that you are in Cuba, and you dont expect to eat as if you were in a 5* elsewhere, you will not be disappointed. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of choice of fruits and vedgetables. The week we were there, they had only mango, pineapple, watermelon, papaye and mixed or shredded vedgetables like carotts and beets. But, it was our 10th in Cuba, 4th trip with the kids and our 3rd time post covid and it was as similar as any of the resort that we went. I would return to this hôtel anytime! The beach, the pools and staff were amazing 🤩💕
We reserved 2 vacations packages ( Room #1= 1 adult + 2 kids , Room #2 = 1 adult + 1 kid) and we wrote to the hôtel to have them connected . Only the superior rooms have those.
We were there First week of July, the lowest season. They told us the hôtel was around 15% capacity at that time. Its a very big resort (more than 1000 rooms i think), so it always seemed empty. But for us with our 3 kids, it was more than perfect. People that i know were there mid/end of july and there was a lot more of people in there! 😊
Hi, What type of outlets(plugs) do they !have? I’m not asking about the voltage, mots phone and laptop shatters work with a range of 110 up to 240, but is it like plug in the US or Canada? Or is it like the plugs in the EU?? Thanks 😊
Hermoso
Thanks for sharing you video. I'm going there in 4 days, and you have the best video of this resort that I have seen. Thanks again.
Приємно пройтися ще раз , таке все знайоме.
Beatiful song, tell me about the food?

How did you arrange 2 rooms? How much extra?

There don't seem to be many people around?
