The sueper modern British aircrfaft carrier also does not use nuclear propulsion. Propulsion system does not matter. Kuznetsov uses steam turbine that is used in nuclear powered ships.
American catapults are huge , occupies 1/3 of the ship and works on steam. So, it can't be used in nothern seas, because of low temperatures.
Ski jumps are also used n british modern aircraft carriers.

A submarine like this could be used to dominate the Pacific and Arctic Oceans. Might be instrumental in the taking out of defenses on Guam and Hawaii prelude to a invasion by Russian troops to annex the islands. The U.S. mainland is too far away to send help to make any difference.
