Excellent! Big fan of the hopper clock, especially for dinging note blocks in allay farms. That way, it only dings about every 40 sec or so, instead of a constant noise from faster clocks.
The dispenser/observer clock is super helpful for getting rid of the bows from a skeleton spawner. Great video, checking the newer one out right after.
very interesting, 4:27 i did not know that could happen, i also know that zerotick clocks were removed a while back. As for for a redstone clock that is very simple and only needs 2 redstone is a boat pressure plate clock, this clock is very good for iron farms for skyblock or any other map where redstone is hard to come by, very cheep and you can get redstone by killing witches
when i say that this video has helped me alot, i mean ALOT. it explains well and shows how it works, something i cant really find in other redstone videos, i finally understand the mechanics, thank you so much!
Your first repeater clock is really fast. By connecting both sides to a dropper, it drops 5 items/second. The double observer clock is only 3.32 items/second. This repeater clock can easily be started with an observer. It is possible to connect both sides using diodes (more repeaters, half slabs, ect...) to combine the signal. The combined signal has the appearance of never turning off but it works.
Boat cloaks are great, pretty accurate if you use the gaps for pressure plates or slowdowns, you can also use the new Resin Clumps to stop flowing water and creating the gaps (you can also waterlog rails to slowdown minecarts to make them take double the time or double the output or input to hoppers passing by), but Boats! (also drop items into cobwebs, gives you 24 second slow item falling), but Boats!
Thank you thank you thank you!!! I REALLY needed a repeating signal for a fireworks show I wanted to throw for my friend whose out-of-country for the 4th of july and having multiple options to work with was a god send!!!

Tip for the first two. If you put a redstone block with a one block gap between it and the redstone dust, and then put the redstone torch on the block it will lit up just enough to activate the clock
I’m making a simple auto bamboo wood farm but no nether so no quarts for observers. Therefor I watch this video to learn slow clock. Mostly commenting for algorithm. Thanks man
@@cubeprospector no water because some of the dropped bamboo would stick on the ledge of the dirt block. I do a line of dirt with bamboo on, then behind that I do a block, then a piston and then an observer(observer has red stone behind). You forgot the simplest clock: just a comparator. But it's a real fast clock. Just take the output of the comparator and plug it into the side in subtraction mode.

Not all clocks, but nice set. The first one should be mentioned as bad design. Everyone should go 4th design for simple clocks. As it never burnout and can be turned off easily. And it is cheaper in resources. You don't actually need second repeater. Only if you want to lengthen the period. The design of long clocks is funny. But it can be done without pistons at all. So it will be quite.
Ya, it’s crazy how many different clocks you can actually make in Minecraft. I bet I could make a second video with all the ones I didn’t cover and have almost the same amount again.
So many clocks, and I still didn't find the one I need. I need a long duration clock (1 minute) but it needs to get back to its starting state as quickly as possible. An etho hopper clock can take up to 30 seconds to reset when it's set to 1 minute cycles, so that one doesn't suit my needs. And the other ones are too fast or have other issues :(
The Dispenser/Pressure Plate timer - - replace the dispensed block with an arrow. The despawn time for an arrow is one minute. There is a hopper timer (measuring 4 x 3 x 3 comprising two repeaters, two comparators, one redstone torch, eight building blocks and four redstone dust) that will do what you require. It circulates the blocks so that after one minute or however much time you decide (depending on the number of items in the hoppers), when it has completed circulation it is instantly reset. Unfortunately I'm not sure if there is a video out there showing the build.
Can someone link a video that explains why the observer based dropper emptying clock works? I don’t understand how it fires the dropper despite sending a signal into the air above. Does the air become a powered block?
These will work anywhere there is room for you to build it. Keep in mind that you have to be ‘in the area’ for them to be running. (Like if you put it on a farm)
You bet. You’ll need two redstone torches, two blocks, and some redstone dust. Put one block down and put a torch on the side. Next to the torch run a couple redstone dust in a line. Place a block at the end with a redstone torch on the side and then redstone dust on the side of that torch running back into the side of the original block to form a loop. The two torches basically turn each other on and off. You can make the loop as big or small as you need it, just don’t let the two redstone dust paths connect. Hope that makes sense.
Unfortunately there are some redstone differences between the two versions. Bedrock redstone doesn’t always power through blocks like on Java. I hope they fix that difference. Try double checking your repeater on different ticks. If it’s not that then it’s probably the way blocks power other redstone and you’ll need another clock type.
Slow clocks are the most important ones on this list.
I tend use use the slower clocks more too.

Just redstone dust and redstone torch, 🤔
Possible? 😅
