Basically just have a set with 3xFoM and elemental time dilation and another well generating mod of choice. Make a well and then before picking it up you swap out the well generator for an armour piece with FoM. Pick up the well and swap back to your armour piece with well generation. As long as you keep refreshing FoM before it wears out, you'll keep the 30s timer even if you don't have 4 FoM.
