Too minimal installation instructions! The font of the manual is so small that you need a magnifying glass. It tells you to use a reset pin that is not in the box, it does not tell you where the reset button is. If reset it the lights would flash: they do NOT flash but you hear a voice saying something totally unclear. etc. etc. The whole thing is an insult to the customer! Why make a nice device and minimize to the limit on instruction??
I find this product completely impossible to connect to wifi. Descriptions in the manual are very misleading, Wojchiech brought me here. I repeated the steps in this video 5 times without ever managing to get it working. There are various, 4 maybe, ways to connect. None of them worked.
Add a Windows/Linux/Mac desktop app and this is golden for its price. Does not work in Google Home network, although it gets recognized in Google system as "Unknown device" even if the system is degraded from WPA3 to WPA2. Does not help to give it all permissions. Works fine on older Huawei WiFi router with WPA2.
I have the sho-110 and I have tried 50 times to get it working but it never connects. I have it wired to my router also. When I reset it then it says "reset camera input" then "connect internet" so when I show the QR code it says "connect router" then the phone loads up to 100 % and says timeout.... At least it was so cheap that I can just hang it up as a fake camera to scare wrong-doers away but that is all it is good for.
@@robertbauer4875 which update, there isn’t any update listed on Denver’s website for this model camera. Also, I just got this working through WiFi within a few minutes. It’s easy enough with the QR code. However, I’m worried for outside hacking of the camera as is often reported for Chinese cameras and the camera secretly sending images to China. How can I check this ?
Hi, i have the same problems with this camera. i bye these this month. the whole matter is that the manual is not supported with the software. i'have more than 2 hours needed to fix the communication with my network. Also the service of the company is poor and bad. There are no more info than what was included also no on you tube. socks.
I have Denver IOC-221 and it works otherwise well but can somebody tell how use "playback" as the manual is really poor....So what needs to do to the set up etc, that camera will record when something happens outdoor and then can see that from playback later? Memory card is at the camera.
I have Denver 208 outdoor security wifi camera with 128gb memory card, the problem is that occasionally gets stuck and i have to detach restart put back again, does anyone know what the problem is

No, it doesn't work in Google systems. Had to pull CAT6 wire. It was recognized as unknown device on Google 2.4gHz and it has permission to connect, but it never will. I Tested it in an 10 year old Huawei 3G WiFi router and it worked in that fine.
@@lilicrussh Oh, i bought this from s grocerystore for 25 euros. So there was no info about anything, but cheap. Maybe there is an update i'm not aware of. I sorta knew this and installed it with a wire. that works always :)
Horrible program, horrible device. Every 3 seconds it whines "wait for wifi config" yet i can hold the qr in front of it for an hour it wont recognise it. I reset it, every 4th times it may decides to actually reset not just restart. Then starts the same wifi config annoyment. Sometimes it prompts something or just interrupts the wifi config horror, then you press the start button and it searches for 2 MINUTES FOR NOTHING, IN THE MEANWHILE IT SCREAMS AGAIN THAT HORRIBLE WAIT FOR WIFI CONFIG PHRASE! WORST WIFI CAMERA EVER!

You need 2.4ghz WiFi. And you need your phone to be connected to it.
Does the camera have an IP address that I could connect it wirelessly to my MotionEye running on a Raspberry Pi?

@@lilicrussh BTW note that Google have the WPA3 security as standard in some countries, this will not work with it. only WPA2.
