    Just returned home from a cruise on Enchanted Princess. I disagree with your severe critcism of the medalion app. While it is not flawless the app provides lots of useful info and conveniences. I had pretty good wifi performance in allm locations on the ship that I frequented. I do agree with your critique of the food. We were very disappointed and had expected much better. We were comparing the food and service to our experience aboard Caribbean Princess last December and agreed that Caribbean Princess was much better. We stayed in a minisuite and loved it.

    Thank you both for always being honest but balanced. There’s a lot of people who sugar coat things about cruises but I’m glad you hold cruise lines accountable. Beautiful footage as always - can you suggest a good itinerary to do on this type of ship?

      Thanks for your feedback :) definitely try the Caribbean on this ship. Enchanted has some beautiful pool areas and plenty of hot tubs to relax in. As long as service at bars has improved, it would be a thoroughly enjoyable Caribbean cruise!

    10:42 10:43 Sur La Mer is no longer a venue. The up charges for Crown Grill and Sabitinis is now $39 and $35 respectively. Sabitinis was relocated across from Gigi's pizza in an open area of the deck.At a $35 upcharge that was a disappointment. However, the food was excellent. Added was another casual dining venue, O'Malley's pub. The Medallion is now working great! No problem in getting acceptable service within 10 minutes of ordering.

    My family and I did a Caribbean cruise on the Enchanted Princess in December of 2021 when the ship was brand new. In fact, it was so new that it literally felt spotless and we could smell the brand new carpets in the hallways. We just did a 7 day Caribbean cruise on the Enchanted Princess (disembarked just this morning) and it was definitely not as good as the first time we cruised on the Enchanted Princess. The staff did not seem as professional, food wasn’t as good, and medallion app food and drink orders took awfully long to arrive…to the point that the app was unusable to order food and drinks at times. In 2021, the ship was sailing with probably less than 1000 passengers due to covid and we remember the medallion app orders arriving much much faster. The ship also didn’t feel as spotlessly clean this time around and just overall it felt like the quality had deteriorated. When we sailed on the Enchanted Princess in 2021, it was our first cruise ever and truly an amazing experience. Now in 2024, it felt mediocre.
    Also, internet connectivity was not an issue for us. Whatever the issue was that the video stated has been solved it seems. I was able to easily access emails and social media while aboard.

    We sailed on Enchanted Princess to the western Caribbean for a week in May. It was our first cruise and I can't fault it. The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. And we will be booking another cruise with them again for next year.

    Thanks for such an honest review, we’ve disembarked from Sky Princess last week. The point you made regarding the medallion app is exactly as we experienced, along with your point regarding cruisers new to Princess. Several newbies said this was their first and last cruise with Princess, although we told them the experience they had wasn’t the typical experience we’ve always had before,it fell on deaf ears. We’re on Enchanted in January, I can only hope it’s a more positive experience than Sky.

Sorry to read that you too had a similar experience - we much preferred Princess when you just had a key to your cabin, and you could order a drink from a human being. The app is great in theory, but in practice its a nightmare! We both hope you have a much better experience on Enchanted in January :) we had no complaints about the ship, she was beautiful!     Hello Dan & Jay, thank you for your honest review. My partner and I just finished the Transatlantic cruise a few weeks ago on the EP and even though the cruise was satisfactory, , (due to the ports of call and the service) we did not enjoy our time on the EP at all. Here's why: We couldn't understand why the ship is so hard to navigate, it is tricky to get from one end of the ship to the other, the Promenade deck wasn't a promenade at all. I miss the Princess ships where you can walk around the full promenade (Grand class ships). There was no access to look out the front of the ship without having to purchase a pass to the Sanctuary!, UGH! We had an Alaskan cruise booked for next May on the Majestic and have now cancelled it based on our experience on this same class of ship. Its too bad, because we have enjoyed Princess in the past (older class) But we do not like this new class of ship, it felt very enclosed. Not a lot of open viewing to the outdoors, something that is needed for ports like Alaska. And the food! what an atrocity! For me, cruises are about the destinations and the food mostly, but the buffet, was very sparse in options, and didn't change much for the full 15 days. The MDR was was mediocre at best. The only "tried and true option" was the Crown Grill and the International Cafe. Our wifi, only worked 2 out of the 15 days, and I was lucky enough to get a refund for it. They were aware of the issue, but only offered a refund after I complained about it. So unfortunately for Princess, I think this was our last cruise with them. We have rebooked our Alaska cruise on HAL next year, and we know the ship and its layout, and it is more practical for the itinerary there. As well, HAL and Celebrity (both our favorite lines) are just in another class that is out of reach for Princess it seems. Princess decor, even on the new ships seems dated, like "classy" ships of the past that rely heavily on light woods, and dusty rose pastel colours, and gold filigrees ie: DATED . HAL and Celebrity, though different are classy ,sophisticated and most of all comfortable. Anyway, I have rambled on long enough, but it was refreshing to see a review that confirms our experience on the EP. Thanks for you vid, and we are happy to have found you. ..New Subscribers !

      Hello, thanks for your comment and feedback! So sorry to read that you didn't enjoy your time aboard Enchanted Princess. Addressing some of the issues you raised:
      - We too like a promenade deck on a ship, and it is a ship that many newer ship's including the Royal-class of ship for which Enchanted is a part doesn't have one. This is all to do with the lowering of lifeboats and Costa Concordia ; by getting rid of the Promenade Deck, the davit arms can extend further out if the ship was capsizing, and have a better chance of lowering all lifeboats regardless of whether the ship is listing.
      - Grand-class ships are some of the easiest to navigate that we've been on, and have the benefit of a promenade. Also, its nice that you have that observation area on the deck-head of the bridge.
      - Food served in the buffet on our trip was pretty good, not the best we've had - and did fall well short of what you get on the likes of Celebrity and HAL.
      - Main dining was as you said, 'mediocre' - no meal was memorable, didn't resemble the dishes shown in brochures and on their website - and was at times, no better than what I could prepare at home.
      - WiFi is shockingly bad, almost unusable.
      We were onboard Rotterdam yesterday for a press trip, and we were blow away at the ship and the food that we tried. It felt premium, and it's making us look forward to our Panama trip in January. When and where is your next cruise?

    We are flying from Australia to Rome to board Enchanted Princess in May 2023. Never been on a cruise before and we have booked the Mini Suite with our daughter coming with us. Still looking forward to it and hope it lives up to expectations. Thanks for a great video 👍

    Thanks for this video and your playlist! My husband did a few cruises 10+ years ago but we're doing my first on Enchanted Princess departing Feb. 17, 2023 (5 weeks away!) Good prep on what to expect. I'm a backpacker constantly moving type traveler and he's a stay in one place and fully unpack traveler so I hope a cruise is our compromise. Princess had the best and most diverse itineraries which is why we chose. Southern Caribbean 10 days - 5 new destinations for me. Good tips on Princess Plus as well - I don’t drink but he will so we are trying without at first. I don’t want the pressure of getting the value of drinking all that alcohol. Good tips on Crown Grill as well - we both like steak. We’ll be making our reservations any day now. I wonder if Medallion has improved. Most other reviewers love it. Looking forward to it!

    I have cruised on princess 3times already and have found the medallion app pretty good, no complaints from me, it has done what I needed it to do90 present of the time and when it does malfunction I get my big butt up and do thing the old way, no big deal. Great videos enjoying your unbiased review

    I just booked a cruise for next summer and we are flying from the states to Rome. I’m a little worried since this will be our very first time on Princess Enchanted. I’m hoping there are some improvements as far as customer service next year 🤞🏽thank you for the transparent review. It was very helpful!

Secondly, pre-2020, Princess was one of our favourite cruise lines for service - so we're hopeful that by summer of next year, she will have got her act together and that the standards will be as high as they ever were.     Love your frankness. EXCELLENT. Watched your vid in the sun, in the garden, here in Essex. Spring has sprung! So we booked this ship for a Canada/U.S cruise Sept 2024 on the back of a few days at Niagara Falls. “New England in the Fall” and New York. Hopefully, they’ll have the staff & medallion sorted by then. 🥂

    I just heard a review of this ship and the medallion app and they loved it. I was on a different Princess ship earlier this year and the app was OK once you got used to it. It seemed bad until I figured it out. It took a few days so maybe a short 4 day cruise wasn't enough. I will be on the Enchanted next week so I will let you know.

    My family and I are booked on this ship in June 2024. I hope they've sorted out some of their issues by then. We sailed on HAL last year (2022) and experienced a lot of what you did in terms of service. At least the HAL app worked most of the time :)

      We just returned from a 21 day European trip on the Enchanted Princess. I was very pleased. Just minor problems. Main problem was their accounting. We didn't know that the cruise was three segments of 7 days each. We booked three specialty restaurants prior to cruise. When we got on board we found no reservations. Upon showing proof, we found out prior to cruising Princess cancelled then (why??) and didn't notify us. We didn't notice credit on our credit card statement. Accounting was disorganized and they could only see reservations in a 7 day period. If you booked excursion they couldn't see beyond 7 days. We talked to lots of other people having the same problems. Otherwise food was good and entertainment very good. Very minor problems with medallion.

    We have booked 14 days with Enchanted for 2023 summer from Rome. I hope they will improve by then. It will be our first Princess experience.

    I have not sailed on the Enchanted Princess yet but I am booked for a Med cruise in May 2023. Just found out purely by accident that the surcharge for specialty dining has been increased at a rate that doesn't make sense. No advance notice. Crown Grill which was $29 has gone to $39 (that is a 34% increase). Sabatini's has gone from $25 to $35 (that is a 40% increase). These were the only 2 venues that we booked, but the increases are across the board with all the other restaurants. How do they justify that kind of increase? And they have already charged my credit card. What's with that? Apparently was effective December 16th. Not a happy camper with Princess. FYI

While it’s very disappointing to read, we’re not too surprised as Crown Grill was quite cheap compared to other steakhouses with other cruise lines, and they seem to be struggling with over-demand for these venues on their ships!     Love your reviews as they are actually honest. Please never apologise for your critic that’s what actually makes your reviews stand out. Others are bland waffle which doesn’t help make a choice. I agree re service standards and food quality on board cruise ships.
    One thing many vloggers just don’t cover is port days and excursions advice. The port information can be very helpful ie it’s within easy walking distance or it’s a nightmare to get anywhere touch. I spend hours trawling through trip adviser and googling ports and safety information, especially being LGBT I have to look all that up too. Please could you spend more time explaining excursions, port location and timings (cruise lines seem to be cutting back on port fees and shaving time off in port) - keep up the good work!

      We experimented with port guide videos, however found they don’t really work in our format… but! We’re in the process of building a new website which will have lots of port guides, info, prices, pictures etc. and allow people to add their own reviews on ports!     We are from Australia and Some American friends have asked us to joint them on this ship for a cruise in January 2024. Our usual line of choice is SeaDream Yacht Club, which only has just over 100 passengers and matchless service. We are thus a bit dubious about such a huge ship as Enchanted Princess. Your honest review at least has prepare me with what to expect.

      Wow, this ship could come as a bit of a shock! We have not done Seadream yet but from what we have heard and seen they look incredible!
      We’d very much doubt that Enchanted Princess could match the offerings of Seadream - but she is still a great ship with plenty to do, and there are lots of quiet places to relax and unwind! Maybe a trip to the Sanctuary and Spa onboard will fool you for a few seconds that you’re not on an ultra luxury ship! We wish you all the best, and hope you enjoy the cruise with your friends!     I am on the enchanted princess right now sailing through New England. The buffet is extremely limited and the offerings are the same everyday. The main dinning room had the same food as the buffet and they eliminated the afternoon tea on this sailing. The cafe on deck 5 was always a good choice. The ship is beautiful and I really want to give Princess Cruises another chance. However my next two cruises are on celebrity and I’m canceling my May cruise on Princess.

      Hello, thanks for your comment and feedback! Sorry to read that your not having the best of times - but I would agree with much of what you've said. We found food in the MDR pretty mediocre, and certainly presented little option for those with dietary issues. The buffet was good, but didn't feel quite on the same level as HAL and Celebrity ships. We found the speciality restaurants excellent, particularly the CG and Ocean Terrace - and the international cafe is always good. You're right, the ship itself is beautiful - no complaints there at all. But, we too feel that Princess are failing to meet the standards set by HAL and Celebrity, whom fall into the same Premium cruise category, Hope that your next cruise is a more enjoyable one :)

      For me that is great to hear that the food in the buffet is the same as the MDR. Most people complain when the buffet is less quality than the MDR so I think most people would like that news also. I love to visit the buffet before going to the MDR and sample a couple things to see what I want to order.

    I was on Sky Princess last year this time. Love the ships. The medallion stuff has potential, but it is not there yet. The crew issue is a cruise industry nightmare and I really hope it gets sorted ASAP

      Hello Stu! Thanks for your comment - we're with you. No criticisms about Enchanted or any of the other Royal-class ships, they're beautiful and immaculately clean. The app has massive potential, and as we said - it has the potential to be the best in the business, but it's a million miles away from becoming that. For the sake of passengers receiving the value for money they expect, and crew having a less-stressed and overwhelming contract, onboard we hope that Princess listen to the feedback and act soon.

    We just got off her a couple weeks ago and we agree with everything 100%...it was our first with Princess - only sailed with celebrity-- we had another booked with Princess for 2023 but we cancelled.... I could not imagine sailing on her with full capacity...internet was the worse food -was very disappointing...

      Hello, thanks for your comment and feedback! It was very sad to see that the standards aboard Enchanted, and at Princess have fell considerably since the pandemic. However, Celebrity is the best cruise line we've sailed with - so if you're used to the standards they deliver - then maybe Princess will never feel as good! Whatever your cruise plans for the near future, we hope that they're more enjoyable :)

    great assesment. We were on the Island princess recently and the food quality was "very ordinary". Not cookedproperly and the menu was limited. Pre covid cruising - the food on that ship was 10 out of 10. I hope the cruise lines re-hire their old chefs.

      Actually, the Inaugural Cruise for that ship was November 10, 2021. You did not eat the food on that ship Pre covid.

    I just enjoyed a 20 day cruise on Enchanted Princess. I agree with the reviews on the food, but found the servers at the main restaurants very slow at times. Ended up being billed $125 for booze on our last night, which I had not had ordered any. They tripped up when as a couple, me and my partner had different beverage plans, and not asking which person was ordering made such mistakes common. I’m glad I noticed the mistake before I disembarked, which was removed from my bill. The wifi was also iffy at times. The ship, though, was beautiful. I’m looking forward to more cruising!

    Last year on Enchanted in the states cruising the Caribben the app worked beautifully the wifi was fast and never caused a problem. I used the app to order drinks and they never took longerthen 15 minutes to find me. Hopefully as the add crew service will return to pre pandemic days

      Hello Dennis, thanks for your comment! Very glad to read that you had a better cruise than we did. When we complained to the Food and Beverage Manager about the poor service, he told us that the cruise we were on was the first time the app had been tested to its limit, as the cruise was at full capacity. Hopefully everything improves fast, as Princess has always been one of our favourite cruise lines! All the best!

    Thank you for the review. Our family of 4 is thinking of a 14 day Mediterranean cruise next summer and this was one we were looking at as the ship looks beautiful. This video helps us a lot as this is our first cruise. We haven't booked anything yet and are continuing to look. You don't by chance have a video for cruise beginners do you?     We were on the same cruise and experienced the exact same unfortunately. We have complained but have yet to have any reply. It certainly makes us rethink booking with Princess anytime soon.

    I totally agree with you. We were really disappointed with the food in the MDR. The Medallion App has to go!! The extra price for the extras was a waste of $$. Will not cruise with Princess again for a long while.

    Thank you for a very informative video! We are cruising on the Enchanted Princess in March for a transatlantic cruise... I'm still able to book specialty dining now on the Medallion app. I hope the app is much improved by March! Did you try to order food / drink to be delivered to the room? Or would you expect it all to be a Medallion App fail?

      Thanks for watching Mary :) just to be clear, we loved Enchanted as a ship - she is stunning, and its the best cabin we've had on a cruise ship. The app was terrible, however it was a mini cruise in August and the ship was at full capacity. I doubt a transatlantic will be at full capacity, so the app may fair a bit better overall. We did try ordering food and drink - drinks usually took an hour to arrive, or didn't show at all. With food, we ordered room service through the app at 11pm - at 12pm it still hadn't arrived so chased the order. They hadn't received it so took it again, and it was delivered in 20 mins. At 2am, we were woken to a knock at the door, and they were trying to deliver us a duplicate order ha! Hope you have a better experience than us with the app, and that you have a superb time onboard :)

    I sailed with Celebrity recently from the UK and I couldn't believe how bad the service was and is was all down to lack of staff... I've been on many cruises and it did end up spoiling it as if you wanted to queue for drinks..you may as well go to the local pub.. it feels like customer service has gone backwards.. I went on Princess recently which I have to say the service was better than celebrity.. if you complained they took it more seriously.. celebrity didn't care.

    Was this review based on a European sailing? I was on Enchanted Princess in December 2021 on a Caribbean sailing and didn’t have these problems described in this video. The ship was less full so maybe that is why. I am going again in a couple of months so hopefully it won’t be bad.

      Hello - yes this was a 4 night mini cruise calling at Rotterdam. Capacity has a major impact on the app's functionality - and mini cruises are always more full compared to longer sailings. Love Enchanted as a ship though - hope you have an amazing time!

    Hey, excellent viewing for a Sunday evening (Tom here) as always a fair balanced review and love the low drone footage amazing!
    I have heard from various reviews especially from this cruise, the problems with q’s and can see from the footage, this is crazy and this is a supposedly a premium line. Covid shouldn’t be excuse anymore if can’t cope the ship shouldn’t be full! Loved the fish in napkin 🤣🤣 what’s that all about!

      Hello Tom :) thanks for your lovely comment! Yes, this cruise was very disappointing and nothing like the experiences we've had with Princess in the past. Take it from me (Jay) Princess were one of my most rated cruise lines before this cruise, and I've always found the standards to be pretty high.
      Totally agree with what you said. Princess shouldn't operate at full capacity if they haven't got a sufficient amount of crew to uphold the standards promised when someone books a cruise with them. As for the Medallion app, it's a nightmare! Dan and I love a bit of technology, but with what you get on Princess lately, I'd much sooner go back to the old fashioned way of doing things where you have a card for your cabin and you can actually ask a smiling crew member for a drink when you're thirsty. Those were the good old days!

      @@sailawaymag 💯 we love the tech but if it’s not working properly you need to wait until it is.
      To be fair to our recent MSC cruise you have seen it was full but never a problem getting a drink and staff levels from what we could see were high and MSC is not a premium brand!
      I think sometimes it’s caused by the shorter cruises from uk, as we do like a drink and sometimes at faster rate than our European neighbours 🤣 buts no excuse from cruise companies either cap capacity on shorter cruises, get extra crew in or don’t offer them from uk!
      Haha rant over I am off to have some fish fingers on serviette (that’s still making me chuckle from video)

    I dont hate the Medallion app I like it opening my door for me lol, I did try ordering drinks and food recently and it did take forever. I even had a crew member running around trying to find me because i left the area i ordered in after waiting 45 minutes for my drink to show up. Some bars will have less crowds then others,, just wander around and find them ie. the casino, or the pool deck. I totally agree that cruise ships are still understaffed, I took 3 cruises in the last few months and all of them seemed to be struggling with staff,, hopefully that will fix itself in the comming months

      Hello Ginnie. The Medallion is a great concept, but it just doesn't work unfortunately. Trust us, on this cruise there were queues at EVERY bar. It was the main complaint amongst passengers - in 38 cruises we have been seen anything like it. Lets hope that fix this by next year - but we loved Enchanted as a ship, no question!       Hello David, thanks for your feedback!! We sailed on Enchanted 12th August for 4 nights - hopefully that is enough time for them to address the issues that we experienced onboard. We think things were exceptionally bad on our cruise as it was apparently the busiest the ship had ever been, and it was ultimately the first time that the app had been tested to its limit. Hopefully by the time you sail on her, they’ve ditched some of the features of the Medallion app to make it more functional, and they’ve overcome their crewing crisis. We hope you have an enjoyable cruise :)

    As a computer scientist , one of the first software tests you do is how much maximum capacity an app can cope with in peak time, poor Wi-Fi, or what connection level it needs. And this seems to have failed as has done for many huge it projects in the past, when will people learn 😂😂😂

    We're thinking of booking sept 2023, normally book Celebrity, but getting a great deal on the Enchanted. It will be our first time on Princess cruises.
    Do you think these problems will be sorted by then? It sounds like it's just staff shortages.
    Any advice would be really appreciated

      Hello Emma! Thanks for your comment and feedback. So, most of the issues that we experienced aboard Enchanted are down to two areas - staff shortages and the Medallion app. If Princess haven't addressed both of these issues by September 2023, that would be very concerning - and I think many people including us would begin to avoid them.
      Celebrity are miles ahead in our opinion - and although Princess have sat alongside Celebrity, Cunard and Holland America in the Premium category of cruising for a while now; it does seem as though they are shifting into the Mainstream category of cruising. Compared to their long-established rivals, they are much more focused on targeting families, offering cheaper fares and their food on board is more in league with the likes of P&O, Royal Caribbean and MSC etc, than it is with the other Premium lines.
      Enchanted Princess is a beautiful ship, and we live in hope that many of the issues that we experienced have been sorted by then - Princess Cruises future and reputation depend on it. But, as someone that has been used to sailing with Celebrity, you may find that the standards aren't quite as high as you've been used to. Hope that helps :)

    I just returned from this cruise and completely agree with everything said. Medallion app was a nightmare and having to make dinner reservations long before sailing is Terri ly ridiculous. The shops were also disappointing.

    Sky Princess during the pandemic was very good but obviously not full at the time. Would love to see your views on Azamara and Oceania in the future as i am considering them. Princess to me do what P&O should be doing - providing a good quality service on a well designed ship at a reasonable price. Would never go on Iona again - terrible design of ship, Sky Princess is so much better.

    Just a further comment with the medallion app. My experience is very different to yours. I think the app is a brilliant concept. It worked for the most part and is much more convenient than a card. To have it on your wrist is brilliant. It occaisionally hung but it is getting better all the time.

      The queues at the bars in this video, and the food and drink orders not arriving demonstrate otherwise in our experience! I’d soon pull a card out of pocket, and have the service we used to have. You wouldn’t have found too many people singing the praises of it on that particular cruise.

    Don't know where you got this...the medallion app was amazing and we got drinks no problem ..I was on the med cruise june 2022..and the service was amazing ..and the cruise director was not up to speed on the different cruise ships that were berthed beside us..😅.he kept getting there names wrong..but hey...brilliant cruise...looking forward to sky princess on 2024 ..booked .❤❤❤❤

    The Medallion App is a major problem for Princess. It just doesn't function well. It doesn't provide the information you need in a user friendly manner. It takes forever even just to open. The app alone has made me hesitant about cruising with Princess again.

      Hello Beverley! Let's put your mind to rest. Firstly, Enchanted is a beautiful ship - one of the most beautiful ships we've been on in 38 so far. Food is generally very good across the ship - its just pretty mediocre in the main dining room, but we have certainly had a lot worse! Speciality restaurants are fantastic, Bistro Sur Le Mer just wasn't to our taste. The Medallion did cause a lot of issues on this cruise, as did the staff shortages - but hopefully they've overcome these issues by the time you go. I also doubt the ship will be as full in January, as it was in August. Cabins on this ship are amazing - the most comfortable and probably one of the most practical we have stayed in!
      As a solo traveller, there was always Solo events listed in the Princess Patter each day, and although staff felt like they were pretty stressed - many of them remained happy and friendly at all times. I'm sure you'll have a great time, and we wish you all the best!

    Agree with you 100% regarding the medallion app. Service wasn’t quite so bad on our Discovery Princess cruise in June, but the app is a complete joke. It rarely worked, and our drinks were being delivered to places on the ship where we weren’t. The poor crew despise the app, and you hear passengers deriding it. We feel Princess needs a hard reset when it comes to the technology, too.

When we complained to the Food & Beverage Manager, he told us that on that particular cruise, it was the first time the Medallion app was tested to it's full capacity; and he admitted that the app just couldn't cope and that his staff were under "unbelievable pressure". When we said that passengers hate the app nearly as much as crew, he smiled awkwardly and refunded us $300 to our onboard account. His openness, and honesty regardless the service issues was pretty refreshing - and it demonstrated that the warm and personal service Princess used to provide, is still alive amongst the crew - they're patience is simply being tested by an app that isn't fit for purpose.

No long waits for the most part, and they were very candid about the app. One guest services crew member threw his hands in the air and smile when we went to try and get our medallions fixed (they had to give me a new one), and the others were in good spirits, but not shy about being honest. You’re right; it is refreshing to hear them acknowledge the issues. We’re sailing Holland America this fall, and while the app doesn’t “do” as much as Princess’, we can already tell it’s much more functional. Maybe the sister companies will share some best practices soon! Princess’ medallion, plus the HAL app experience would be fantastic!

    I am now on the this ship don’t get on this ship not good no chocolate milk no library it’s for many 80 year olds that’s ok but I am 65 years old my first time on princess we are going back to Carnival ships better Internet better entertainment and better comedy on Carnival.

      @@darrmont Yes, people do - but they cant if there isn't a solitary thing on the menu. Some people have principles, and some people may not enjoy the same food as you. Having one vegetarian option on a menu isn't asking for too much.
