I haven't finished the Ln, just started it from Vol7. But I don't think (anime) Rimuru could win, first, Goku is too fast, even with Rimuru's thought exelartion. He absorbed SSG in the beginning of DBS, and continued to multiply his base speed over the arcs via zenkai boosts. Also Goku's base form is multiverse lv, at this point after the tournament of Power, he can then multiply that with each transformation. To be clear tho I do like Rimuru way more, I'm just looking at the stats is all

Well at the end of his story in the WebNovel, Rimuru can literally solo the entire db universe, he went beyond space and time and has the ability to destroy and recreate the universe multiple times over.

Rimuru actually is unable to be affected by Hakai because of 1) his conceptual existence 2) him actually blocking an attack that would erase his concept, information, and pretty much everything. Very good observations. Rimuru actually is unable to be affected by Hakai because of 1) his conceptual existence 2) him actually blocking an attack that would erase his concept, information, and pretty much everything.
