I just started riding and done around 60kms in trails in 3 days (no shuttles) and i haven't been on a bike for 20 years and I'm so fucked. I have a lot more respect for you BK since i now know how truly hard MTB can be. I bought a 2019 C70 Instinct and I'm very glad i did, a damn awesome bike and its saved me on more the one occasion. (yes i know it's a lot of bike for a beginner, but I'm not going to be a beginner forever and rather buy something that will see me through the next few years.) It was your channel BK that got me into biking and thank you for that, I've never felt better ;)
Freak-out Factor 11, Scotty! "...I kinda want to get on and ride, but I don't wanna Die!" The 'imminent-death' aspect was softened by the quoted ratio of Italian:American fatalities earlier on the trail... Heartbreakingly beautiful, man
Wow.. I thought nothing could beat Mount Blanc videos. This one is really awesome. Gonna watch it now on my 4K tv for maximum effect, iPhone won’t do any justice to it. Excellent work BKXC😃👍🏽
Absolutely beautiful part of the world...great commentary as usual BK. That said my stomach was in knots and I was gritting my teeth during some of the mountainous, sheer drops...holey moley!!!!
I had to stop the video for a moment to say how moving that had to be to ride on a trail that hundreds of thousands of soldiers traveled and died on. What an amazing moment and hopefully you took a moment.
Nice trail there Brian... little mountain biking on a trail that's barely there … little mountain climbing while hauling your bike... you know... the usual lol. That was crazy! Epic ride!
Brian, I just love the diversity of the places you ride! They all offer something different, yet similar! Thanks and BE SAFE out there! Hope the Rallon is running like NEW!
Watching those cliff edges and then the bridges in POV was so heart in my mouth, I was thinking if you sneeze your going down! And then you said Ben says these next trails are the most exposed trails he knows and I was wondering how on earth you could get even more exposed! Awesome riding Brian though! Also that view at 4:15 stunning!
Whenever I'm on a former battlefield, that seems so peaceful and beautiful, I wonder if some soldier during a heated battle just stopped and looked around and wondered about the contrast of the death and destruction to the surroundings, and thought, "Why?"
You know what they say, you'll never be old and wise if you've never been young and foolish! I'd totally ride this trail, it has adventure written all over it
Simply amazing stuff! Views that day were stunning and those trails are candy! Deviate Guide looks awesome and would really love try that gearbox thing, if I won the lottery I'd buy one for sure
Hey I love your videos so much I am a young mnt biker and want to do what u do some day but right now I am still to young so I guess I just keep watching for now but the only thing I don’t like about ur channel is all the complaining about patrion and how they’re all great and they make it all happen blah blah blah cause some of us can’t get membership stuff or can donate, but what we r still doing is watching ur amazing experiences and still getting you money because of the commercials that r put in so if u could die down on all the praise for patrion it would make your channel much more enjoyable. Then again this is coming from a 14 year old girl so I don’t except you to listen but I still felt like mentioning it in case u were to read it. Thanks again for making all these videos because they are very inspiring to me. SHRED ON! By the way that is breathtaking scenery.
At 2:50 into this when you started talking about WW1 and it struck a cord with me as both my grandfathers fought in WW1. I still have my grandfather on my dads side WW1 dogtags and service medal.
Great stuff Brian i really love your videos but never remember to hit 👍like didnt know it helps you along after watching bikerbar im after going back on loads and giving 👍 and will like the rest stay safe on them descents like going down cliffs.
Wowzer...EPIC ride man! One of my favorites you've done for sure. The views at 4:30 and 15:00 were insanely amazing. I don't know about that section a little before and after 18:30. That looked pretty sketch, and especially on loose rock. I think maybe the dude in front of you walking his bike had the better idea. I'm thinking caution is the better part of valor when it's certain death on the left! I get it...and I've done it...you just focus on the trail, and it isn't until later when you see the footage that you think..."Welp, sure am glad I didn't clip a pedal or something stupid."
Oh my gosh, that WWI border is a helluva space to ride through. I'd love to do that section and just sit in the history, like you can do anywhere in Europe.
really amazing trip.... wonderful view.... a little bit of history ..... and a great trail... On your worldwide biketour, you come nearer to Germany. Tell me, when you arrive :D :D :D
To put a cost on bike trips !! To get from the UK to Utah worked out £33 per trail mile!! Again from the UK to go to MORZINE £3 per trail mile !! The main difference was going in numbers! Of course distance from base as well ! The most cost effective way is to get your family holiday in the right place and rent a bike ! What an awesome trail!!!
BKXC I like the look of 30fps to. You were a big inspiration behind getting my channel started, So thanks again. I hope to actually “see you on the trail” someday 👍🏼
How's the gearbox like for mountain biking? I rode my dad's Brompton and it's kinda faffy and awesome at the same time, cuz I can shift when stopped (very useful for hill starts) but I loose momentum whenever I'm trundling along
You haven’t thought of getting the GoPro hero 7? Great video quality with the hypersmooth so you don’t need to carry a complicated gimble everywhere, with much better sound than the 5 and 6 editions!
I dunno man, the consensus is split with sudden jarring and jerky-movements not being processed effectively by the GP7. Preferring to use a full-face w/under-chin mount instead (?), Seth called the Gimbal system, "the Ride-Ruiner" LMAO!!! Say it ain't so! GP5 and 6 audio is almost unusable...WTF!!! I'd love to hear Brian's experience with GP7.
Bravo lol then slip glad you went on your Ass Brian and not down the side Bloody hell that Fence On bridge look safe and Strong lol nice drops there buddy Glad you did not get a Vertigo Epic Trails love it ;0)
Hey Brian, ever think about switching to the hero 7 black? Every trail you ride is starting to look very tame in comparison to the same footage on a 7 black. And I know youre riding some gnar.
Bike parks and trail systems are fun but you know where you will go. Nothing beats a real adventure in the mountains
I love it too!
I'm probably biased, but I love your European trips. So much sense of adventure and gnarly, gnarly trails. Awesome Brian.
Love hearing that! I absolutely love the adventures as well
Now that's what we call mountain biking!
The real mothafuckin deal!
Very cool. My grandfather fought in those mountains with the Bersaglieri Regiment.
Amazing!

Thanks so much for sharing that story dude. MTB is tough as hell, but it does get a LITTLE easier and more manageable as you go along.
That exposure was no joke! I don't know how you kept it so composed haha. Good stuff!
It was the real deal, loved it!
Best Halloween video this far. Because some parts was truly scary to watch. :D
Freak-out Factor 11, Scotty! "...I kinda want to get on and ride, but I don't wanna Die!" The 'imminent-death' aspect was softened by the quoted ratio of Italian:American fatalities earlier on the trail... Heartbreakingly beautiful, man
Hahaha love it
New sport: mountaineering biking! Love it! Love the content Brian! My fandom only grows with each vid!!!
Wow.. I thought nothing could beat Mount Blanc videos. This one is really awesome. Gonna watch it now on my 4K tv for maximum effect, iPhone won’t do any justice to it. Excellent work BKXC😃👍🏽
Oh hell yes!!
8:50 😂 that slip killed me for some reason...sweet video and sick ride for sure!
Absolutely beautiful part of the world...great commentary as usual BK. That said my stomach was in knots and I was gritting my teeth during some of the mountainous, sheer drops...holey moley!!!!

I definitely could feel it in the air and did stop to reflect.
Gotta love the Alps. So fortunate that i can call them my home. Biking or Skiing is just a step out the door
Nice trail there Brian... little mountain biking on a trail that's barely there … little mountain climbing while hauling your bike... you know... the usual lol. That was crazy! Epic ride!
Wow, that vista reveal at 1:55... Breathtaking!
Brian, I just love the diversity of the places you ride! They all offer something different, yet similar! Thanks and BE SAFE out there! Hope the Rallon is running like NEW!

Haha yep!
This is, hands down, the best trail I have ever seen on this channel!
Nice!!
While sitting safely in my chair at home, i still felt the need to lean away from the cliff edge lol, Brian you are a BEAST!!!
Haha, sounds like that happened to quite a few people on this one!
A great mix of tough climbing, rocky down hill sounds and great panoramic views"oh man", outstanding. Be careful!
Whenever I'm on a former battlefield, that seems so peaceful and beautiful, I wonder if some soldier during a heated battle just stopped and looked around and wondered about the contrast of the death and destruction to the surroundings, and thought, "Why?"
Probably and he was the guy who got sniped
Most definitely.
One of the most beautiful landscapes on the world! 3:50😍 You are so lucky! Thankyou for sharing this and inspiring us!^^
Scary trail to be honest.
Kudos to you Brian. Those mountain ledges/cliffs you walked so calmly. Good job my man!
Talk about scenic. Outdoors+ trail + mtb = life.
the sound in this videos is better than ASMR videos. trail sounds give me way better tingles than ASMR videos
Wow! Incredible! I'd be willing to bet that is one route and some trails that a very limited number of people have ever hiked; let alone mtb'd 🤘😎
So true, so grateful for that!
You know what they say, you'll never be old and wise if you've never been young and foolish! I'd totally ride this trail, it has adventure written all over it
Hahah so true
Haha love it
Holy shit Brian, my heart was pumping out my chest and I’m not even riding, awesome looking trails
HAhah glad to hear it!
Enjoyed the historical account. I could just envision soldiers in those tunnels. Simply amazing scenery.
Me too! History comes to life in those moments.
Simply amazing stuff! Views that day were stunning and those trails are candy! Deviate Guide looks awesome and would really love try that gearbox thing, if I won the lottery I'd buy one for sure
First snow of the year here in Oklahoma today. Enjoyed your video while riding inside
Such great vids man. Never stop showing the hike a bike climbing slogs either. Cant wait for Nepal!
Thanks dude!
these videos are unreal, thank you brian for doing what you do and showcasing this amazing stuff
BKXC always taking us over the hills and far away!! Great video man!
Keep the fumbles coming! Good to see the RUclipsrs are human every now and then.
When Brian laughs, I laugh 😁
Amazing video Brian. Love the WW1 info
Wow! This is truly amazing riding. Looks like BasqueMTB is going to need to work to keep up with this :)

If I don't say it, the channel doesn't exist. Can't have it both ways!
I love watching these videos and just think about how I will ride epic trails some day
Hey man, i got exhausted just to watch the first part of the trail, exquisite
Nice views there! Wow.
At 2:50 into this when you started talking about WW1 and it struck a cord with me as both my grandfathers fought in WW1. I still have my grandfather on my dads side WW1 dogtags and service medal.
Wow, that's amazing!
Dude! There were points in this that I got that tingly ass thing... the cable walk, the other exposure points in the trails. Go!! Nice work!
Haha that's great!
Yesterday was epic. Can’t wait for this one!! Cheers Brian
Holy chite! Wouldn't catch me riding those trails. Hope you have excellent travel/medical insurance. One mistake and it's an air ambulance...
These things need on demand regenerative breaking. Wow that cliff with the cable was sketchey to the max.
Brians mental note to self....."learn Endo turn...learn Endo turn....learn Endo turn" :-)
E-bikes are awesome for the climbs.
I love my Haibike... Dave
this video has me leaning my head to the right out of nervousness! beautiful, but scary!😆😓
Great stuff Brian i really love your videos but never remember to hit 👍like didnt know it helps you along after watching bikerbar im after going back on loads and giving 👍 and will like the rest stay safe on them descents like going down cliffs.
Thanks man
See, now you are on the right place to sing 'the sound of music' while facing a 50degree downhill.
Such a beautiful trail.
Awesome riding Brian another one on the book! Liked and Shared.
Awesome! Italy is totally worth it! I love the narrow crazy steep sections! In case you fall use a parachute :D Good stuff!
Hahaha so true!

Yeah, that section was pretty legit, but I felt very confident about it.
In deed, that was brutal. Nice ride. Gábor from Hungary.
Love that ben is Rocking the Norwegian brand sweet protection 🤘
Nice riding Brian. Just bought a full squish. First one in five years
Awesome!!
Another epic ride. Living the dream!
Fella that is a Halloween special right there. Scariest thing i have seen all day.
Haha thanks!
I see a couple “fuck that” parts during that ride. You’re doing awesome Brian!
Riding on a side of a cliff like that is a big NOPE for me.
I can't even watch sitting in a chair when he does things like at 5:12.
Thats what I though too. This riding looks very dangerous at some parts. Brian, the Indiana Jones of mountain biking. Stay save Brian !!
It was pretty tingly!
a trick: you can watch series at flixzone. Been using them for watching all kinds of movies lately.
@Jett Dexter Yea, have been watching on flixzone for months myself :)
World's gnarliest hike a bike!
This is the real mountainbiking nice video .
Oh my gosh, that WWI border is a helluva space to ride through. I'd love to do that section and just sit in the history, like you can do anywhere in Europe.
You've been on my home trails brooo! I can't believe!!
Nice!!
U setting the bar so high...kinda epic...
really amazing trip.... wonderful view.... a little bit of history ..... and a great trail...
On your worldwide biketour, you come nearer to Germany.
Tell me, when you arrive :D :D :D

Thanks Mitch!! So glad you're so stoked on the Moab trip, so glad I played a small part in you doing it.
Great vid, serious exposure, truly a hard core ride, well done.
That looked tiring! in fact i think watching it made me need a sleep lol
thanks Brian Italia bellisimo scary drops vertigo for me great lake view though from the UK 8))
That mountain was crazy a ride
One of my guy friends would brag to me that he rides over the hills almost every weekends!
The cliff walls and utter exposure will sure but hair on your testicles for sure. Beautiful trail
I was going to compliment you on your J-cut, and then I got to the exposure part and peed myself a little bit.
Hahaha
Some of the most untouched natural looking trails I've seen
Awesome videos Brian..... I’m curious to what frame rate you film in??
Thanks! 30fps for me. A lot of the other dudes do 24fps
BKXC I like the look of 30fps to. You were a big inspiration behind getting my channel started, So thanks again. I hope to actually “see you on the trail” someday 👍🏼
Awesome thumbnail this one 😎
Love the natural mountain trails
A trail so gnarly it has a via ferrata section. I think that's a record.
How's the gearbox like for mountain biking? I rode my dad's Brompton and it's kinda faffy and awesome at the same time, cuz I can shift when stopped (very useful for hill starts) but I loose momentum whenever I'm trundling along
It's pretty interesting! I'll keep talking about it throughout this series
Two days down and no punctures on those rocks ?...... never complain about my local tracks again !
Hahaha yep!
Wow what a scary ride, your braver than me!
Awesome content !!! Livin the Dream
You haven’t thought of getting the GoPro hero 7? Great video quality with the hypersmooth so you don’t need to carry a complicated gimble everywhere, with much better sound than the 5 and 6 editions!
WR lol Brian is still rocking a 4 just for the 👌 audio
I dunno man, the consensus is split with sudden jarring and jerky-movements not being processed effectively by the GP7. Preferring to use a full-face w/under-chin mount instead (?), Seth called the Gimbal system, "the Ride-Ruiner" LMAO!!! Say it ain't so! GP5 and 6 audio is almost unusable...WTF!!! I'd love to hear Brian's experience with GP7.
Definitely not that simple!
Bravo lol then slip glad you went on your Ass Brian and not down the side Bloody hell that Fence On bridge look safe and Strong lol nice drops there buddy Glad you did not get a Vertigo Epic Trails love it ;0)
thanks a ton dude!!
impresionante paisaje, en algunos pasajes reconozco que sudé por las manos
Hi BKXC
How do you upload your videos to make them fit the screen with no black bars? What are ur gopro settings and program you use to edit? Cheers
I have my gopro settings in a link in the description
That zebra climbs well!
"I got the horse and uh, it was not bad!" LOL might as well try some horse after riding all that!
Great video. Can you tell me which handlebars your Deviate bike came with? Thanks
Link in the description!
Absolutely beautiful scenery, but talk about trails you do not want to ride alone
Woooow. This trail looks just unreal!
Mountain biking for 🐐- hope your insurance was up to date!
Awesome ride!...........does eating horse maybe make you a better rider????😜🤠😎
Uno de tus mejores vídeos !!!vaya rutonnn!!!
Geez. I think i would have needed at least 5 extra underpants to change.... crazy stuff.
Diapers, baby!
Hey Brian, ever think about switching to the hero 7 black? Every trail you ride is starting to look very tame in comparison to the same footage on a 7 black. And I know youre riding some gnar.
Not sure if the 7 would actually show it to be more gnarly, but it would improve a lot of exposure/picture problems I have!
Increíble!! Me encantan tus vídeos! Me inspiran! Muuuchas Gracias! Thanks you very much! :)
