Pureology for color treated hair - definitely has the ingredients to stimulate the scalp and the conditioner has peppermint if I remember correctly. I ove the conditioner because it has the mint.

Nioxin is a really good minty tingly shampoo and conditioner. You can find it at Ulta, TJMaxx, Amazon and maybe Sephora. Even if you try the others recommended try this one too.

But buying peofessinal grade supplies online with amazing instructuons amd with the help of a friend the result has been great! 60 $ and a few hours later im BLONDE again!😀 compared to 250$ at a salon..I am so glad i did it.

Curl Smith has a scalp revival line (blue label) that is so cooling and lovely on the scalp. Helped my itchy scalp a ton!
