can i tell you one thing? when i was like 4 years old i would love to have a pair of those skates. Now I'm almost 22 and bought for me a new basic pair of inline skates, just for you guys. Saw those videos and remember my childhood wishes, then went for it. I'm learning slowly but, every video gives me the spirit to be better! You guys skate like gods!
@@ojitosluvs that's like my exact time frame. Currently 26 and just ordered my first pair since I was in elementary school 🤣 hope you all are enjoying your skates btw 🙏🏽
Beautifull ... we need to list all over the world the best place to skate... may be we should Strava our roads to share to more people will find motivation to skate on nice parcours :-)
Im new on strava, does it show circuits other than running or cycling? I've seen there's the option to select in line skating on the activity you're about to start, but as i search for documented circuits i can only find cycling and running :/
Seattle has a skating trail 25 miles long, all the way to Issaquah. A really good skater could use that trail as a commute route, escaping traffic jams.
I love roller skating the longest I've learned at 8 years and today I'm 14 with my dream and wake up and go roller skating the whole day feel the wind, see the day dawn and see the afternoon. When I ride skates I feel free and this is very good.
It's so overwhelming to see you and your friends skating with so much joy. The camera and the speed are absolute top. Your channel is next to Pinto Pony the most inspiring for skating!
I watch this video whenever I want to feel happy. Pure joy through freedom. I must have watched it a hundred times now. Thank you Shaun and Mike for this wonderful video.
I been looking for a while, for a good rollerblade skater videos, and this is just perfect. your videos have such nice vibe, and you guys are professionals, its always nice to look at the video, and kinda get some inspiration. Keep it up 😎👍🏼 More subscribers and recognition deserved
Excuse me? Are you a girl? N your over here? That is just offensive. Go watch Mery Munoz videos or something. Stephanie Richer has some good ones. N the downhill longboard girls obviously bomb harder than this guy. Im just over here to feel good about myself, I may get near his speed but have only been riding a couple months, he's been riding his whole life. N no helmet obviously.
You can tell this shop task guy is pumped on endorphins, what your body releases when you exercise. It's like caffeine. Adrenaline on the other hand APPARENTLY is heroin, cocaine and meth all at once. You definitely feel cooked. I'm telling you everybody out here is cooked except for this guy. You look at Mery Munoz man she's cooked all the time. You just feel like your on the moon and it last for days. When you get the rush of it sometimes it's alright but I prefer just to have the buzz going, like when I used to smoke weed every day.
What an awesome place to live, skate and cycle. So willing move there ! Also awesome flow guys and nice audio track, was very relaxing watching you even that you got crazy speeds at some points. :)
Having little energy or motivation to skate today, I knew this is the video I had to rewatch. I ended up going out and having a blast, with hardly anyone around on a sunday evening. I came home refreshed and more energised than I've been all week. Thanks for the juice!! =)
Your videos are insanely good!! I'm so glad I found you for inspiration. I used to skate when I was younger and it was one of my greatest joys, just now gettin back into it. You can see how happy it makes you guys and the vibes are great. Keep it up!!!
I would love to see a video of mike and Shawn mohawk transitions tutorial, just like the 360 video. It could be so useful to know how you guys manage the weight distribution before and after the transition, the upper body rotation, the time etc! Hope you like the idea!
I started skating two months ago with the goal to commute to work someday and I love your videos. It's a blast seeming the techniques you lay out in tutorials in this natural skate video. Also, Shaun's speed control downhill, so elegant!
Wonderful flow! Fantastic 360s! Wish I could maintain control on hills with those awesome carves/slaloming. I'll be watching this video again and again to watch that incredible technique.
Just arrived back from a blindingly brilliant Back-Alley-Bill-Stoppard street skate in Melbourne, Australia and sat down to this stunning session over a tidy porter. Keep up the good work Shaun. Your post makes me want to put those boots back on and head out again!
Are you a buddhist? Just came across your videos and you emanate such a calm state of mind and it's so nice to see how you express gratitude to the sunset, to little details of the environment around you! Roller skating seems like such a beatiful way to stay present! Just got my own pair of inline skates and can't wait to roll around with that easeness. Love from Brazil! (by the way, I love the way you edit yours videos, keep it up!)
Hey Ya'll! I am commenting because of the beer comment at the end of the video..... while I am here, however, ... great video, really enjoyed it! ... Also...The recollection of childhood skating must be contagious because i'm suddenly reminded .... and I haven't' seen this memory clip in a long time! So..We lived in a small town called Browns Flat in New Brunswick Canada... and Christmas Morning... My brother and I open up this huge box from my Aunt in Texas... she sent us Rollerblade Everything! My first pair was actually "Rollerblade"! . Yes, and these came to me (Heavens gates open and angels sing, "ah") when i was in the 3rd grade... we actually had a "cam corder" and somewhere ... a video (VHS?) exists of The first time skating ....and I've loved it ever since! Now, A few months ago.. (36 y/o now) My husband got a new pair of k2's for me! ...(for valentines... awe) This is my second pair... Thank you hubby! Skate for life! I said all that to say this: TRY SHINER BOCK beer! I've enjoyed it for many years. It is a Dark beer, but not too dark...Brewed here in Texas, USA.. Try it! Thanks for sharing video! -Mrs. Elise Dionne Contreras.
I 💖 THIS VIDEO!!! I've just GOT to practice skating again, so when I move to Portland I can skate trails like this! My favorite beer is White Salmon Pale Ale from The Lost Coast Brewery.
Once again a picture show, my friend Shawn. Beautiful place, speed, fluency, a friend and this space of your (shop) with impeccable organization. I admire you as an athlete and person, congratulations!

What an absolutely beautiful place to skate. I could do that for hours! Where I'm at, alot of the trails are unpaved. I need to cross the sound next spring/summer and find some places surrounding Seattle like this.
