    KitchenAid KPM50 is the bowl lift stand mixer that came with two 4.8 L Heavy-Duty Stainless-Steel Bowl. This bowl with comfortable handle offers enough capacity to mix dough for 9 dozen cookies, 4 loaves of bread, or 3 kilograms of mashed potatoes in a single batch. The bowl is also dishwasher-safe for quick and easy cleanup.
    With power consumption only 315W, I could say this the most power-saving powerful mixer, and the weight is around 13 kg.
    It has 10 Speeds control, powerful enough for nearly any task or recipes, whether you’re stirring wet and dry ingredients together, kneading bread dough or whipping cream.
    It has an overload reset button, so when the mixer is overloaded, the reset button will pop out and the mixer will shut off. You need to wait for a few minutes, then push in the overload reset button. Turn the speed control lever to the desired speed and continue mixing.
    It supported optional attachment to turns your stand mixer into a culinary center such as make fusilli pasta from scratch, shred a block of parmesan cheese in seconds, and so much more.

    How to use the KitchenAid lift bowl mixer.
    1. Attached the bowl
    2. Attached the C-dough Hook, wire whisk or flat beater
    3. Lift the bowl
    4. Attached the pouring shield
    5. Increase the speed control lever
    6. Decrease the speed control lever to 0
    7. Detach the pouring shield
    8. Bring Down the bowl
    9. Detach the C-dough Hook, wire whisk or flat beater
    10. Detach the bowl

      Hi Alan, the metal pole next to the speed control is no function; it's there only to protect you from accidentally changing the speed.
