I 100% agree about the tempeh! Makes the biggest difference especially for those very sensitive to bitterness! And I must say, looking at how delicious it looked, I feel like this will be the recipe I will be trying out first, even though the tofu must have been fantastic as well!

When I first tried cooking with tempeh at home I really didn't enjoy it, but I've experimented and found it's all about boiling then marinating it, then baking or frying it. It makes SUCH a difference and you can come up with so many marinades for different types of dishes too ;-) X
