1:36 was such a powerful moment for me; you can see how gilbert is soooo in love with anne, but what really hits me is how much she's grown. like, when she first got to green gables...she was a little girl. and look at her before going to university. she looks so happy, so free....
in the next few generations someone else will try to make this story and i dont think it will ever be as good as this, this show was done way too well and im so mad they canceled it
I wish they were making another season. THEY CAN’T END LIKE THAT!!!! The character development and how far Gilbert and Anne got, it ended so abruptly. It feels like them going together was pointless if they aren’t making another season. I need more Anne and Gilbert!

I resonate with Anne so much being a red head being teased, my parents both died (by the time I was 27 though) I have a temper and I always put my foot in it. I'm feisty too and I adore nature. Her and Gilbert are the most adorable things ever. This whole series was done so well. Each and every character were flawless. I also adored Anne and Diana's friendship throughout. Magical yet tragically that they couldn't continue on with the series.
Gilbert - an optimistic Boy Like Zac's Phillip Anne - a realistic Girl Like Zendaya's Anne Both couples overcame obstacles to be together. I wish we got to see more of them.

Man I first watched this when I was about twelve and now I am 16 and i see the whole show from an entire different persecutive . I love this show with all my heart and I really hope I can find my Gilbert someday,lol.

This is the best Anne and Gilbert role. I mean the actors portray the characters well. And the other actors of diana, cole, ruby and bash they really did a great job as a second leads! Its rare to find (in hollywood) actors who can really give or have a very wonderful chemistry like Leonardo and Kate, Vannessa and Zac.. now Amybeth and Lucas 😊
