Thanks One query- how can i get the response from D365 copilot in admin center by uploading my custom pdf or document. Even I tried to pass the website link in knowledge base under productivity it is not working.
Create a copilot in Copilot studio in the same environment where your d365 customer service tenant exist. For the copilot add public URL and under knowledge add pdf document. Publish the copilot in copilot studio and then utilise the bot in Dynamics 365 Customer service admin centre. Navigate to Customer support section and then click on Bots. Click Add to add bots in D365 Customer Service.

Do I need any license? Currently I am using developer account.
Trial for 30 days should be fine (for both Copilot Studio and D365 Customer Service)
can i have Copilot for Dynamics 365 on-premise ?
Unfortunately No Ahmed. Copilot is not available for on prem version of dynamics crm. It's a cloud first initiative ☺️
