Thank you because I am struggling with this: I can't find the widgets in this new interface of Voiceglow and find no information about it on internet. I need a widget to embed a form in Voiceflow but impossible to find recent tutorials on Voiceglow about this. We told me on the Discord that it was called now agents tab but it doesn't help me (still can't find the embed widget).

Hey, I love your tool, but I’m not sure if I’m using it correctly. Do you recommend building the agent on Voiceflow first and then adding it to Voiceglow? I feel like I could skip Voiceflow and have a more natural chatbot with your tool. I don’t see the benefit of using Voiceflow anymore. Thanks

Great video very informative. But what it I want VoiceGlow to only answer questions asked and not provide any other images or text unless asked similar to the way Vapi responds to questions when you are speaking through VoiceGlow. How would I do that, would it be via the prompts or knowledgebase?

Does it support XLSX or CSV - usually we use airtable to get the data forbthe carousels, is there a way we can just use a CSV?
