For those that can’t get it off like she did in the video pull the wire a little and try to push the bracket under it it worked for me

I have one of the ones meant for the rubber bands and it’s loose but because it’s in a tooth that just grew in every time it slides it cuts into my gums and I don’t have dental wax and it hurts.
