Since only one new hero is released in every new season, I doubt the collab will be on January. There are still two unreleased hero who are sure to have this collab skin. Lukas will be released next season and the other hero on the next season. So, I wouldn't get my hopes up for January.
Kinda feel like Hayabusa woulda been a better Minato since his style sychs up perfectly with Hayabusa skill 2...replace the shurikens and shadows with scrolls and I'll look spot on as he blinks between them
