It depends on where you’re from, but I got all three figures from Amiami preowned, as it was the cheapest option even after shipping. Shinobu might be in stock on some US stores, but she’ll probably be a bit more expensive from them 😬
For general merch, the best place would be the official miHoYo TMall store, but unfortunately you’ll need to use a Chinese proxy service to order from there unless you know how to do it yourself :’) I used Superbuy but there are other proxies available. Most figures do release outside of China though, so you can check sites like AmiAmi and such!
