The US, the country with the highest milk consumption has the highest incidence of osteoporosis, yet Asia with the lowest milk consumption also has the lowest rates. Hmmm...

If the dairy industry was forced to tell the truth:
    "Milk for bloating and diarrhea"
"Milk. It gives a body flatulence."
    "Got cancer?"

You can find good and bad quality in anything. If you look at the list of Whole foods market recalls over the last ten years almost all of them were from some type of plant food.

@@Jeffs60 Yes, and the reason they were recalled in almost all cases was due to field runoff of animal manure.

This video dumped on dairy - which is fine by me. But what it didn't do and SHOULD HAVE is give us much better information on which foods give us the best amount of both calcium and all of the other minerals and nutrients needed for bone health. I found the title of this video very misleading. Give us better information on what TO EAT, not complain more about diary which we all already know is not good for us. BETTER PROACTIVE INFORMATION PLEASE!
    Thank you!

1 or 2 ounces of feta cheese from Sheep milk which is naturally homogenized or whole milk Sheep yogurt with one ingredient which is also naturally homogenized is decent to consume a little here and there on occasion.

You can also eat fortified foods like plant milks or soy yoghurt. Look on the nutrition labels for how much calcium the product has. I am not sure if they are all fortified however I think it's fairly standard practice and it's a lot easier drinking half a litre of fortified plant milk than trying to get it from whole foods.

@@annoyedaussie3942 I looked at the label and it said it had natural flavors and is lined in a plastic toxic throw away carton and for lazy people who want to buy a cheap, but high profit item made with the worst soy that they couldn't sell as a whole food well I almost felt sick when I found that out. That soy milk has no natural whole food source of Vitamin A1, B12, D, K2, Iodine, C15:0, DHA, Omega 7, Sphingolipids, and Carnosine all ten which are in dairy which help destroy cancer cells and protect the heart.
