This car restoration series deals about a subjet never seen on the channel before : a flooded car. This is not just some water on the floor. We are talking about a whole car underwater. Let's follow the story of this poor 1994 Suzuki Cappuccino and it's mighty 660cc turbocharged 3 cylinder.
