Dee, this is relaxing. I am a firefighter, and sleep disorders are a side effect of the job due to waking up multiple times at night for calls. I have never been religious, and even 2 years ago when my dad suddenly passed away when i was 17, i was mad when people would say they would pray for me. But now, going through my grief journey and beginning healing, I would like to have faith in a higher power, and know how to look for my dad in everyday life rather than him ceasing to exist ultimately.
