@rl3k700 i use PC. Make sure the dot in the center of the screen is at the base of the balloon. Then use the nudge feature to shift it to the correct location. If you are still having issues, you can DM me on discord. I am more than willing to jump into your world and help if needed. 😊
@redmanbad8869 the balloon is set to channel 4. Go into settings/keybinds and see what it is assigned to. Alternatively, if you want it assigned to the same channel as jets, use a wrench on it and assign it to channel 3
You use the swivel. The controls should be on the bottom right of your screen. If they are not assigned, you can find the setting under key binds. If you still need help let me know.

Tires are the only thing that use power cells. 🔋 😉
