Try sitting on a chair and then try to emulate that position in your shooting form that way your legs can jolt more energy to your upper body and it should feel better. Some other tips for ball and hand placement to strengthen your shooting form, when you're getting ready to shoot do not start the ball above your chest or straight down the middle between your legs. Whichever shooting hand you use start the ball on the knee of the same side. For example if you are right handed start the ball on your right knee so that when you push it upward it gains more momentum and strength allowing you to push it further and higher while allowing your wrist more flexibility. Hopefully this helps you out.
@@narrow3601I know who you’re paraphrasing in regards to the ball on you shooting arm side matches up with the leg. I disagree. I’ve teaught fantastic shooters the past 10 Years and the ball in the middle is not bad at all. In fact your end point is dead center above your head
@EyeWakOnDaBlackWallStreet4Eva oh then that's cool, glad to be wrong to help other shooters but personally from my experience that's what got me the status of sharpshooter in a small league full of them
