Nice video, but two things: Why you think there are not many trains in Bangkok? I think Bangkok has one of the most advanved and clean railway public transports in the entire world. And it is extended further and further every year. And careless or unfriendly car drivers? Most of them are very friendly to people riding scooter (my own experience). They even encourage scooter drivers to pass by in a traffic jam, and I had it several times that they adjust their side mirrors to make it easier to pass for me. The dangerous think is more when you are on big streets and want to U-turn and you have to cross several lanes from far left to far right. That is dangerous.
We have been to many countries around the world, and our impression for the trains line in Bangkok were ver poor as there not many train lines if you comparer with London, New York, São Paulo, Seoul, Santiago. I love Bangkok is one of our favourite city in the world, but getting inside the train line wasn't so nice was it wasn't covering all points of the city, majority of the times we needed to get the bus were the traffic jam was insanely crazy at any moment of the day. Careless I mean if there are zebra crosser they don't stop, so you need to be careful is not like in Seoul, London or any city in Spain where they will stop. I think our critic was based in a point of our travel experience around the world. This was the only problems we had in Bangkok, in overall Bangkok was an amazing city, with amazing food, amazing prices, amazing people. I hope you have a nice day.
@@samayotheory I see... but I wonder which sights in Bangkok are so far away from MRT or BTS. At least not the main sights. I used the systems in London and New York, too. But I found them very dirty and old. And especially in New York City there were often some fellow passenger with a rather strange attitude. That you will never find in Bangkok. I do not know Seoul or Sao Paulo, but Peking and Teheran are also some safe and clean systems, and much more modern than London or New York. Same for Dubai.

You guys are missing one thing about the subway (MRT).
We considerate that the Skytrain is so similar the MRT and we did not added. But the way to use both is very similar.
