This was probably the hardest race in the game from what I recall
I remember this race. I remember how frustrating this race was when I was playing this. The one thing I hate about this race is how fast sheriff actually is. At the speed he goes, he actually makes it unfair. Even with the boost that and you eventually get for McQueen, it's still extremely frustrating trying to beat this guy.

I remember one time I was doing this race and somehow Sheriff got stuck somewhere behind me and it took him like 15 minutes to catch up to me at the finish line.

This game has an Xbox 360 version, which most people find to be the best version of all. I personally prefer the Wii version for aesthetics plus the characters look more like how they do in the movie (I also own the Wii version so kind of unfair but I do have the PC version as well and that’s garbage)

My only favorite videos I like to watch on your channel is Gran Turismo 4 and I see you race just like me. Soon! Try to race on Gran Turismo 5 & 6 because I beat all the cars on two of my favorite tracks. Special Stage Route 7 & Special Stage Route X!!! GT by Citroen Race Car is my favorite but it does have some turning issues. I just need to be steady but still beat all the cars. You should try sometimes.

So basically a mall cop vs Usain Bolt. I find the sheriff’s confidence and instigation hilarious since he is a 1940’s cruiser trying to race the fastest stock car in America. Also since this game takes place a year later sheriff and McQueen haven’t established a relationship as seen in Cars 2 interestingly enough. If the sheriff was to turn sour and not keep his word on arresting McQueen would McQueen revert back to his old personality, quit the Piston Cup, and become a has-been? This piece of cannon story deserves it’s own arc!
