This video was presented by George Molnar himself in 1993 in Berlin on the Europian Mime Federation conference. He was invited (and actally convinced to go and show it in public) by Ide van Heiningen (dutch mime, founder of the Europian Mime Federation and in that time director of the Mime Centre in the Netherlands). The complete video is 50 minutes.
This video I think was from a dusty old VHS tape forgoten on a shelf in a University here, and no one had any idea who left it there, other videos we got from people all over the world, most of all from a russian guy with a lot of old videos too.(thanks to google translator!)
I found information! I showed this film to my Corporeal Mime teacher, and he recognized the performer as George Molnar. Molnar was one of the teachers who taught for Decroux/alongside Decroux. It was probably done in the late 70's (my teacher remembers setting the type for the titles with Molnar and his wife). Where did you find such fabulous footage?
