Another amazing trek in these magnificent mountains. You really captured the topography well with the drone footage. Compared to other videos and our past adventures I could detect the altitude and challenging terrain through your voice. 5 stars buddy!
First day was rough: 3 passes up to almost 4800m, 9h, minimal acclimation. Took me back to my ultra running days. I felt pretty old actually. Then by Day 2 the red blood cells kicked in and I was fine.

Solandino in Huaraz handled the arrangements. I had a porter and a cook. Since I speak Spanish and am somewhat familiar with the route, I didn't need a guide, but it would be a good idea if it's your first time.
