Yes.. this happened with me yesterday... My ar30 bullets were hitting but they were not getting hit... I emptied two fcking mags.... But they were still alive... It's just another Bug in the game..

He was probably using m80 and not m61 though, try changing the country of your account, I found that it helps a bit with the ping and lag
