    I just had a question at 13:05 did you mean 1,3-Bisphosphoglycerate instead of 2,3

      No, he meant 2,3 BPG, which is actually made from 1,3 BPG.
      1,3 BPG is a glycolysis intermediate but it can be used by the RBC's to form 2,3 BPG, which reduces the hemoglobin's affinity to oxygen allowing hemoglobin to unload the oxygen and oxygenate the tissues better.
