Yep I totally agree, sometimes I see beatboxers try to do as many noises and beats as possible and it doesn't have any rhythm anymore. Sometimes a simple beat is the best.

Chasedreamsgetgains actually lip roll not that hard it just takes time to get the right position and amount of pressure. It took me about 2-3 months of practice
