Revenge is not the best solution to solve your problems. As Bastila Shan said in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic "The Jedi Do not believe in killing there prisoners, no one deserves execution no matter what their crimes" and as Optimus Prime said and believes"That freedom is the right of all sentient beings." And the Space Ranger Oath is "To protect and defend all sentient beings against injustice."
