Trying to figure out what to do for sound because the sound of the Hoop is too loud for me. I figured I would just read a quote each day. Feeling proud of myself for getting a routine down. Did you lose any links on the hoop? Ps you make it look easy. Did you shorten the weight at all. Thank you for posting.
