We just put a pool in and I wanted to start doing some Aqua aerobics, I looked at a lot of different videos by far you are the best!! I love how your doing the work out but your explaining everything out of the water. Your workouts are challenging and amazing. I love your humor especially the one where you say your in a airplane looking down making sure we’re doing everything correctly lol that definitely put a smile on my face. I am definitely over weight and I hope I will be able to share my journey with you because I am hooked. Please keep the videos coming your best!!

I have your Sporti Heavy resistant ankle weights. I use them on your other leg videos. My question is is it good to use them on high intensity workouts. Or have no weights on your legs so you can get a better cardio workout.Would do you mind adding to your videos when do use the weights and then not to. Love your videos and your products
Amazing workouts. Everyone of them! Just wondering with this one, the timer for 20 secs doesn’t seem clear. It seems the timer for rest only begins 5 sec into the 10 sec rest. Am I supposed to keep count myself?

Yes you can absolutely use ankle weights with HIIT workouts. I would just alternate using them every other workout.

Try your best to found that 20 sec. Sometime when I edit videos I have to cut something out and that is why not always we can have the exact time ;)
