This is a PCR test right?
Do you swallow the water after swirling it around your mouth, or hold it to spit into the tube?
The procedures they had me do today were slightly different than the video. I was told to put the water under my tongue and hold it there. It is only about 1/2 teaspoon of water so not hard to do.
