Another penthouse pied-à-terre styled in Amaurotine finishings with a secret study (door was removed for better footage). My design was originally for a Large house but as I still haven't been able to get my hands on one, I had to revise it for a Medium.
Maybe one day I'll be able to show the complete version :) Please appreciate the amount of effort that went into those windows hahahahaa................

the windows look amazing! took me a minute to figure out it was grade 3 picture frames, but now i'm trying to adapt that for my own build, so thank you for the inspiration.

Well, for a start, they're paintings, not windows. Then I assume there's some sort of sprinkler system in game for the rain.

Those are portraits of Amarot, waterfall partitions and what looks like the Bozjah Queen's Blade trophies for that cyberpunk glowing runes behind them. Could be great for a cyberpunk style as well. Beautiful.
(Note, I don't know the exact name of these items, just have seen my friend's houses with the different pieces.

How did you do to make a balcony in second floor? You can delete the floor and make it free space or?

Sadly no, this is done in a Medium size home, what they did for that from what I can see. Is either to have used loft and railing to make a false celling/second floor with one 1 floor.

Yep! I used wooden lofts and covered the bottom with wool rug to prevent too many reflective surfaces. 😊
