Just picked up a snowcoach . Its got the steel spring setup. I would love to upgrade to coilovers. I also saw ur wheel conversion. Great job! I believe I'm gonna try and replicate what u did. Do u have any advice or input to get me off on the right foot. Thanks in advance
Basically just find a nice set of coil overs from a salvage yard or surpluscenter.com has them if you search it, very cheap too! As far as the fabrication part just take your time and try to make it all work safely so no one gets hurt.
Great video. These are pricy but I want one anyways, to bring the dog on trips. Groomed trails, what speeds do you maintain when you have precious cargo in the coach: or even when it's empty?
I typically only go about 20-30mph if the trails are smooth. According to the manufacturer it says to maintain about 20mph. With revamping the suspension it has a more plush ride so a little faster than rated is possible.
@@Eighty8Fitter I REALLY appreciate the quick response. This may not be quite what I'm looking for then, with the distance of trial riding I intend to do.
I have a question, i just purchased one and i have a 4 stroke sled , do i need to buy the electrical box that you installed into the coach? Or did you do that jusr bc it was a 2 stroke sled? Thanks so much
Hi Joe. Great video. I have an opportunity to buy one in the same town I live in for 2000. I believe it’s the steel ski and old shocks. It would come with the hitch setup too. Is that a good price?
Hey great job on snowcoach . I’m actually in process building a homemade look alike for my kids and was trying find someone who had one to get me few detailed measurements of the cab ? Any chance you would have time to help me out ? Thanks I could give you my email to send it too

Awesome job.
Love the zr and coach man
Thanks it’s definitely fun
Well done! Curious; what happens when the kids press the button to signal you to stop?
Aside from you stopping that is lol
It just sends a signal to a red led on my dash that means they want to stop or talk.
@@Eighty8Fitter very cool, thanks for the reply. Cheers!

Yup that’s a decent price, I would jump on it
@@Eighty8Fitter thanks pal I was thinking the same. Lots of memories to make with it ! Amazing what you did with yours with heated seats and all!
I have a very similar snow coach in California up for sale if you are interested in it let me know. It's getting no use over here
You still have it, or do you know somebody who might have one for sale or that they might not want anymore?

Yeah what measurements do you need?
Was looking for length/width/height of cab enclosure itself and size of doors would be great help . Thanks
