I recently Again visited KENYA in 2024 and the company offered me job as well as a Permit. But I could not do the stressful job and returned since, I preferred India over KENYA.

No offence meant sir, I’m living in Nigeria since last 11yrs with my family, family permit was given right from day one company accommodation along with car was provided, local salary was credited within 2 days of start of new month, yes initially USD overseas salary was delayed by 3months but for more than 6yrs USD salary comes with first week of new month, may be I’m working for non Indian company that is the reason. What u said is true for most of the 🇮🇳 companies… it’s always advisable not to work for 🇮🇳companies as they will give u the feel of 🇮🇳

Mera bhi aisa huya tha tanzania me, business visa 3 months pe, uske baad company ne work permit process nahi kar paya.. Uske baad India return. But with 3 months salary ke saath
