It’s a shame I can only like this once, loved it. I’ve started watching your frostgrave battle reports again from the first series while I’ve been working on my FG bestiary. Great work, keep them coming 👍
Our queen Thootstulalah makes her triumphant return! And "These snakefolks focus on the soothsayer school of magic" was quite the tongue-twister. All the teleporting around made for some great twists (poor red thief!). At times it was a bit hard to follow who was in which team with the action spilling everywhere, but the goofiness of the teleportation fits this channel so well.
Love it! This has been a great season. Reggie is perfect. I had to laugh when the thief with just one hit point remaining walks up next to the Apothecary… and she literally decides to do nothing on her turn instead of trying to help him out. Brutal. Lol. “This healing potion? Sorry. It’s for named characters only.” Some questions, though: the barbarian that picked up the treasure in Turn 1… I thought you couldn’t pick up treasure if an enemy is within an inch of you? If so, he wouldn’t have been able to grab it. Also, were you remembering that carrying treasure halves a model’s movement? I got to play a 4-player scenario at Adepticon a couple weeks ago written by Joseph McCullough for the event. It was equally chaotic with chests protected by elemental bolt traps, chests embedded inside crystal formations… hidden wandering monsters triggered by picking up chests. Even with 4 warband on a standard board, more models got killed by the scenario than by the other players. Lol. Great fun.
Hey Dan! Glad you enjoyed the video. To answer your questions: I did goof on the barbarian, I doubt it would had changed the game much. And yes, I remembered the half movement with a treasure. A lot of the chests started off pretty close to the board’s edge, allowing the fighters to get off quickly!
Actually one of the best channels out there, you single handedly have gotten me into Frostgrave. Would love to see you do a Frostgrave Warband speedpaint or something like a fun challenge. Also more Battle Reports please, they are ridiculously good!!!
Niiice! I love your battle reports! Terrain, minis, narrative aspects of your work - everything is just brilliant! These teleportation circles seems to be really fun, definitely gonna play some scenario using them!
Love your bat reps Buddy!!!!! those teleportation pads really made this bat rep AWESOME!!!!! I'm a fan of snakes and necromancy so it was hard to know who to root for!!!!!!
This is a great one! The arcane circles really add something to it. Looking forward to more. Also it was great to see the Snake Queen again. She may have been my favorite in the 1st season. You did a brilliant job with painting her.
It's been a while since we've seen the Snake Queen. (Nice Snakemen soldiers, by the way. Great addition to Thootstoolala's reptilian retinue. The Frostgrave model line is always a treasure.)
Man I swear I've seen Reggie from somewhere before! 👍😂 Honestly, in my opinion, the discs is a masterclass on how terrain can shape a very interesting game experience! Thanks for the entertainment Donny! 🤘
If only I got a dollar every time Donny says “once again.” during this series. I’d have enough to buy more minis 😂 On a more serious note, I love the story that’s being told here. All the models are painted so well, and it is really a great bat-rep!
@@DiceChatter NGL, you're doing a lot better than most I've come across. A lot of people seemed to think you have to group activate each and every time you activate soldiers in the wizard or apprentice phases.
Diddly do! Those teleportation circles are something else aren't they? What a fun battle report!
Had a blast with this scenario! Definitely a must try.
As a Canuck, I particularly enjoy the shots of a pantless wizard running through the snow.

Hey Keggers! Glad you enjoyed the report! And somehow I managed to voice over that tongue-twister in only one take. Surprised myself with that one…

Forgot to say the new arcane circles are awesome. Your terrain skills are off the charts.

Thanks a bunch Gyriongyrion! Glad you enjoy the reports! And I’d love to do more, just have to be patient. They take a long while to produce.

This was definitely my favorite scenario I’ve played in the main 2nd Ed book! Glad you enjoyed it as well!
Fun to watch as always! I love the narrative and the voices!
Thanks Cage! Always good to hear from you!

Great job as always, love the teleport mechanic!
Glad you like the report MidnightMayhem!

Haha! Thank you! I've had that snakemen kit for a long while now, I needed to at least get a model or two out of it!
amazing as always
Thank you! Cheers!

Anytime buddy! Always appreciate you and your lovely comments 😻
Awesome report as we got used to from Dice Chatter. Love it!
Much appreciated! ☃️
Love seeing the made terrain on the table!
Here’s to hoping it only gets better!
Great report! Looks like a very fun scenario.
Thank you, it was a blast! ☃️
Well done video. Look forward to the next.
Thanks Richard! I am as well! 🤓

Oh no… another phrase I have to worry about! 😬 And I’m glad you enjoy the reports bones!
@@DiceChatter it’s nice though because I can say it simultaneously and feel like I’m at the table too. lol
Awesome as always. Great to see Thoots return!
Thanks Ryan! More to come!
Great Battle Report as usual!!
Tom, you are the man! Thanks buddy!
Another great battle!
MAAAAAAATE!!! Just finished work for the week and what a way to kick things off - going to make a few last minute hills for a game tomorrow ❤
Robbie! Good luck on the terrain project buddy!
@@DiceChatter cheers dude! By no means will they get finished tonight but I do have something I made earlier to share 🤠
Another great battle report!
Thanks Michael! I really do appreciate it!
Great bat rep! Would love to see a wizard with a greenstuff hockey stick (or two) for a staff, bonus points if its doing a karate kick!
Hahahaha! Oh man! Wouldn’t that just be amazing!
Greetings to Reggie! I am... cautiously curious to see what other accents we'll be hearing in your forthcoming videos!
Hahaha! Not good ones!
I love the teleportation circles, but you can't pick up treasure if an enemy is close to it.
Reggie's last name wouldn't happen to be Flanders, would it?
Great battle report!
0:13 - 0:27 ALL national accents in one! 😂
of course they would get a teleportation ring from the battle with teleporting circles!
😆Yes! I thought that was quite fitting as well!
Great laugh guys, want to try this game out now.
I mean, I’m not gonna stop you! 🤓
Finally this made my day
You made my day 🥰😬
Reggie's just tryna get to Bendigo
hust keep up the good work
Can do Patrick! Thanks buddy!
What’s that mini for the wizard? Agoloth? It’s sweet
It’s from the GW cursed city box!
Brilliant game!
Thank you!
Very Cool!
I thought you weren't able to pick up a treasure while there was an opposing figure within one inch of either the treasure or the soldier?
I always miss something... 😐
@@DiceChatter NGL, you're doing a lot better than most I've come across. A lot of people seemed to think you have to group activate each and every time you activate soldiers in the wizard or apprentice phases.
Amazing ❤
Thanks 😄 pookelywoooooo!
Love the kiwi accent on Reggie.
Thanks Mango Man!
Diddly bloody doo mate
Hahahha, was waiting for your comment buddy! 🤓
@@DiceChatter haha I knew it XD
more!
Sure thing!
your barbarian can't take the treasure with an enemy model within 1'' :p
Ahhh poop you’re right. Always miss something… I guess it wouldn’t of changed the outcomes too much. Just gotta be better.
nice
