I see this was a Miku song before but its a recurring theme for Teto and I think it fits her better. Miku's story is she was sent back into the past from the future to prevent the world from going to ruin. Teto has other songs where she takes direct action and even revitalizes the Vocaloids by rengenerating them as children. Its a wonderful idea that she would be so generous and loving.
