Awesome, happy to hear!! :D Sorry for the late reply!! It depends a lot on the on the country you're aiming to get a visa for and the environment. I know a lot of colleagues that applied to Xebia from their home country and got offered a visa sponsorship and I know there are other organisations that do the same. The current market is a bit more challenging than a few years back, but I'm a big believer that there's always work for great people! It won't be easy, but it's definitely doable!
