George Ezra has a voice that summons up images of Americas deep south, taverns with open mic nights graced by blues legends. He is without question, the real deal. Watching him perform live for the first time catapults us back to that beautiful moment we first saw Ed Sheeran. Completely different artists, exactly the same response. Awe.
Singing his track "Blame It On Me" in a setting so fitting as Londons premier live music night, Wired, it all makes so much sense.

What a voice, honestly, who knew voices like this still existed. What a gift to have such a voice, and what a gift for us to be able to hear it. I feel transcendant and I don't care how cheesy that sounds.

Reminds me of a young Johnny Flynn, not the sound but the style. I had the pleasure of seeing him live in July and by such a powerful voice. Can't wait to see him again in September. Defiantly one to watch!
