Do you ever show starter homes? I guess let me ask a different question...What is the starting price for starter homes? I remember back in the day starter homes were priced around $250-$300K.
Same queston on my mind too.. a house needs privacy...which is not visible in this video...literally my kids would relax, if we let them play at the backyard.. but in this video you can never do that ? because the neighbors would have access anytime to get somebody at the backyards which is very unsafe.
I would love to buy this house, I ever win the lottery I'm going too!!! (After he shows me the house) I be like: "I'm feeling a little saucy today! Think I'm going to buy it! Do you take CAAAAAAAAASSSSSHHHHH!
Basement were made in the 40s to 60s, they were used like shelter for the fallout of the atomic bomb, today this is no longer a concern, so we don't make cellars no longer.
Nice house. Reasonably upgraded and decorated (seems like stuff regular folks can afford). Seems like a good value.
Now that is a tastefully decorated home. It's very inviting.

If I win a lotto im gonna buy this house love it
If you win the lottery, you will want to purchase a larger home than this. Good fortune to you!
Very pretty home. Why are the fencing between neighbors so low? Just wondering. Thanks.

They are like that on the model homes, the wall will be built to normal height when they are ending construction and sell the model homes.
Are there homes available right now? What's the current price and incentives available.
Give me a call to discuss, 702-319-1092

The only negative is the yard privacy! Walls miss from both sides
The walls will be place once the homes are not used as models
