AC/DC also had a big presence in the 80s with Brian Johnson. Like them both, but I'm going to go with AC/DC. I enjoy their songs more.

I do remember that there was a bunch of ac dc and gnr stuff that was played on the radio when Axl DC happened. By the way, my local area radio station is pretty damn cool.
Fun facts
"Thunderstruck" (played during Axl DC live) wasn't the only song from The Razors Edge album that had radio play. "Moneytalks" and "Are You Ready" were also played by the radio station. Other songs included "Girls Got Rhythm" from Highway to Hell, "The Jack" and "Its a Long Way" from High Voltage, "Let's Get It Up" from For Those about to rock, and "Rock N Roll Ain't Noise pollution" from Back In Black despite the fact that none of the songs were played live in axl dc concerts. GNR had a shit ton of stuff too. Both bands are awesome

Guns N Roses but very, very little. The problem with AC/DC is that it's too basic and they've been making pretty much the same song for about 50 years. But it's very, very good too.

Guns n Roses are miles better then ACDC. ACDC are pretty basic with most of their stuff sounding the same.
I laugh when people say that, tell me how many songs GNR have that aren't the same? Drill down into any song and you find they're all repetitive

@@russe19642 GNR must have done something right if they are still selling out stadiums 30 years after their prime. Every ACDC song I've ever heard sounds the same.
@@barryosullivan1486 you think they sound the same. Most songs are a two or four chord progression,most of GNR songs are. They make jazz it up to sound different but if you listen to the base line you'll see it's no different to 99% of every other song out there. I don't mind GNR, different generation and it was good something like them happened in the late 80s as computer driven music was going to take over. But the sound of an electric guitar ripping over a heavy beat and baseline with some nut screaming will still always be popular.led zeppelin led to black sabbath to acdc to Metallica to GNR to Wolfmother, each generation had one band
