Cool guitar. It is odd that it does not have the “bullet” truss rod. I owned a real 1972 Tele Deluxe and loved the Cunife humbuckers! Nothing else like them!
I hope these re- issues are of better quality than the original seventies models. Bought one new in the early seventies, had lots of problems with it ,should have inspected it more before I took it home. Wasn't so clued up back then, not realising fender had sold out years before and quality had gone downhill. Luckily returned it to dealer and got my money back. Luck of the draw.
