How to Change Monitor Resolution from FullHD 1080p to 2K to 4K GPU/VGA NVIDIA

Now we will learn how to change monitor resolution settings from Full HD to 2K kw 4K using the Nvidia DSR (Dynamic Super Resolution) GPU.
You can use this tutorial on Windows 7, 8, 10, 11.
Note: if you can't then the Nvidia GPU is not supported
