hello i have followed the process of exporting archicad file to twinnmotion but the file /model does not appear in twinmotion, what could i be getting wrong please help

Hi, there may be two main reasons for that:
When going to the 3D Window the camera is set to be looking away from the model so nothing is displayed.
-Section/Elevation/Interior Elevation horizontal or vertical range is defined/modified so no elements are visible in the defined space.
Solution trying zooming out on the display page so that the camera factors in your file content. Kindly get back to me if it works or doesn't work. Regards.
