Rabeel is really rude and condescending towards entrepreneurs. People shouldn't be treated this way. No body is asking for charity there, people are giving their hard earned equity . I wouldn't deal with him at all no matter what his offer is.

If people are giving him their "hard earned equity" well then so is he, he is giving them his "hard earned money". This is not a donation foundation. If people can prove with their numbers their company is capable of being invested, all 5 of them would be interested and would lower the equity. But if you can't back your numbers, it creates uncertainty hence why they have to ask for a larger equity.
What I am trying to say is there is a certain grace in our culture, a certain way that you address people, if the roles are reversed, you wouldn't want to be dealt in a patronising manner. Look at Junaid, for example, he politely declines an idea and is very graceful about it. Entrepreneurs need their dignity intact as this is first time this kinda of thing is happening in Pakistan and Entrepreneurs are new to it. Treat them with respect so those who wants to be one gets motivated to do it. Thanks
They should have a pre interview session with shark tank staff so staff can make sure the founders are prepared and good with numbers.

Shark Tank Pakistan’s first season is decent, but the sharks need a serious upgrade. This isn’t a show for MIT or Harvard graduates or weak investors.

> Faisal Aftab: Great personality and a strong investor.Strong point of the show
> Junaid Iqbal: Excellent communicator and giveing solid advice, though a bit defensive in investment.
> Romanna: Good at heart but needs to improve her communication or stick to speaking complete English.

>Aleena Nadeem: Seems more focused on her personality than actual investments.Have lack of experience .Must be removed from the show
>Rabeel Warraich: Gives off negative vibes, often discourages the young entrepreneurs, and makes zero investments-should be removed from the show !

Why do the host keep asking the pitchers if they are nervous? Its a little irritating and it looks like she doesn’t have any other question to ask. Its extremely obvious that anyone who comes for a work would be a little bit nervous if they are doing it for the first time and facing the camera, however, we need to understand that these are confident people who has created their businesses by going through various situations of life and they are pretty confident people. It seems like the host is asking a kid not very well studied before entering the exam hall if they are nervous. Even if they are, its not kind enough to ask them if they are nervous. Second objection is about the question of who is the target shark- they rather would prefer all, if they value their company fair and agrees to provide strategic support. They have come for investment, and they will be more than happy to pick investment than being nervous like a kid or pick a particular shark. Please pivot your questions.
