Thank you for sharing Carol! Looks like so much fun and just including all the items without stressing, even better. I’m glad you showed some of the items that other RUclipsrs discourage based on their personal opinions and not the direction from Samaritans purse. God bless you!
Oh if yall make a plan for a bunch of us Packers around the USAband beyond to meet at a processing center then I will definitely drive the 1000 or more miles to volunteer with this amazing bunch of Jesus loving shoebox packers.
This was great fun to watch! I would love to go down and pack but it's a pretty long drive by myself. I love some of the items to go in the boxes! Love the jump ropes, jewelry sets, dolls and soccer balls! Thanks for sharing the mermaid, unicorn and cupcake necklaces that OCC has chosen to send. Yes! These are ok to send! Don't stress friends! Thanks for sharing this video! Loved it!
Glad you enjoyed the video, Denise. It was an act of love and worship to be able to pack these shoeboxes. I’ve also been burdened to send at least one of these each year. TFW. ☺️
Thanks Carol for sharing the online packing. It was really fun to see all the different items there was to choose from. I loved the dolls. Thanks also for showing the jewelry with the food items on them. Yes I was one that was stressing if something had a food item picture on it or on it. I won’t anymore, thanks for showing us. Looks like you had a wonderful time.❤
Thank you, Carol, for sharing the goings-on for online processing. It was very interesting and I loved seeing all the items available. I was surprised to see entire packages of pens and pencils going into the boxes and also the fact that the packaging was left on most of it, which I don’t do, but quite honestly prefer in order to give the child the feeling that everything is brand new, and just for them. There was no going overboard on toys. Just a nice, balanced assortment of items. Loved the nice jump ropes with the wooden handles. I was surprised about the flip-flop size for 10-14 boys, too. I wonder if OCC ordered that size or if they were the size that happened to be donated by a company? Even the size 5 in a 5-9 girl shoebox was a surprise. I would have thought size 3 or 4. TFS ❤
I was surprised about all the packaging also, but it told me it’s okay to send it that way. I’m like you. I remove as much as possible. I was also surprised about the size of the flip flops. That’s why I made a point to show that as well. I think you hit the nail on the head when you said just a nice, balanced assortment. Thanks for watching, Trish. ☺️
Love this video, Carol! I’m just dying to go to a PC. I don’t live near one (Memphis area), though. So it will take a little planning, but that’s okay. My daughter will be old enough to go with me this year, which is exciting! Thank you so much for sharing your experience!
@@occland8864 that is so great. I wasn't trying to get an exact location, just happy you guys could go. My hometown of Gaffney S.C. is fairly close. My brother's church goes to the Charlotte processing center to volunteer after collection week. It's over a 1000 miles for me now. Buy hopefully I'll make it there someday.
I love seeing videos like this. Wow...over 2,000 boxes in 3 hours! That sounds like great teamwork there. Thanks for bringing us along the online build a shoebox.🤍

It’s so much fun, Jeannie. I wish we could all get together and go one time. Now that would be a video. 🤪
@@occland8864 yes! That would get at least a million views 🤣!

Carol, Thanks for sharing your experience with us! 💜💜💜
I know that not everyone gets to participate, so I wanted to give a firsthand account. 😉
Thank you for showing the necklaces and what is acceptable to send! 👏👏👏👏
If SP is going to send it, then that’s the green light for everyone. 😉 TFW. ☺️

Love this video. Thank you 🙂
Thanks, Elena. My hope was for this video to encourage all of us. 😊
Why don't they have the Operation Christmas Child logo on the boxes?
No entiendo si las personas llevan de sus hogares cajas ya armadas porq en ese centro las vuelven a armar o como es
Carol, that's great you guys got to go to Charlotte to pack online box orders. Do you live near Charlotte?.
I live close enough to travel. 😉
