the batu cave management authority should put waste bin everywhere in that area with plenty of no littering sign.. the Multi-coloured stairways is full of trash.. some sort of penalty or fines should be imposed.. the area has great potential.. more food and other retailers should be encourage.. keeping it within the local Hindu temple themes..
